Mike's bid was in the middle of the three for cost, and by far the most detailed. The reasons we chose Mike were many. First Mike was exceeding patient in answering all of our questions, and explaining the plusses and minuses of each choice. Secondly, Mike had samples of all of the materials in his shop. The other bidders told us to go to different places to look at the samples for flooring, countertops, etc. Third, he readily worked with us as we struggled to make some of the decisions. However, the best thing about Dreamworks was that the crew that showed up day one stayed on our our project through completion. Ricardo, Nixon, Francisco, and Liz were complete professionals. Manny, the electrician was on site when needed. I don't remember the name of the guy who did the flooring, but he did a great job. The crew made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up each day before they left, and they were so nice to deal with. We could not be happier with the competed project.

Finding several cracked tile scattered throughout the house, he was able take up tile in the laundry and storage area to replace the broken ones. His crew was always on the job and a great group of guys. All plumbing and electrical work was all arranged for by Mike. DreamWorks Kitchen and Bath made our project very easy. The staff in Naples were very polite and found a solution in a nice cabinet that could be turned around in 7-10 days. I gave the info to my contractor who gave it to the Fort Myers ProSource rather than Naples . Fort Myers sat on the project. They blew my time frame. I never even got pricing. I walked away very frustrated but I remembered how helpful the Naples staff was so I went back there . Everyone was very apologetic and promised to give me pricing by the following day. It's been weeks now and I never heard from anyone. My project has now expanded into a high end remodel of my house. ProSource missed out on this larger project . Also, I cannot recommend that anyone waste their time with this outfit.

When I arrived at the job site and opened the box, I found old, dried food still inside the disposal. It was clearly a used item that had been returned and placed back on the shelf without being properly inspected. As a handyman, this meant I had to stop the job, pack everything back up, drive all the way to Lowe's, exchange the product, and then return to my customer's home. I lost approximately an hour of work because of a mistake that should never have happened. When I explained the situation to the service desk and asked if there was any way they could compensate me for the time I lost due to their error, one employee actually laughed and dismissed me with, "Have a nice day, sir." That response was far more disappointing than the original mistake. A manager eventually offered a 30% discount on a future purchase, which I appreciate, but it still doesn't change the fact that I lost valuable work time or that I was treated disrespectfully. Mistakes happen. Selling a returned item as new is one thing. Laughing at a customer who has been inconvenienced by your mistake is another. As someone who spends thousands of dollars each year on materials for my business, I expect better quality control and much better customer service. Going forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

What started as a chip repair for a kitchen sink ended up as a whole house resurfacing. My friends and family were skeptical for the price quoted, but I took a gamble on a local mom and pop business and it paid off! I can't believe the transformation. What was tired and outdated is now fresh and sleek. The service tech worked all day to update two vanities and a kitchen sink, the kitchen countertops and backsplash, a bathtub and tile surround, and a shower stall. Everything is bright glossy white which makes an already large condo look even bigger. The resurfacing investment definitely improved the resell value of the condo, so it was absolutely worth the money. Initially, I requested a repair and resurfacing of my kitchen sink. I texted images and spoke with…read morethe staff. An estimate was offered and accepted. Six hundred dollars. Not worth the money. The work was not as expected. The requested repairs are not well done, and some not done at all (repair rusted areas with a composite and finish with the rest of the sink). The finish of the sink is now mostly "orange peel" with some smooth areas. I complained and texted photos. The staff agreed that the work was sub-par and scheduled a redo. The same tech came to the job and did not refinish the sink, instead used some wet/dry sand paper and some auto wax. no additional repairs, no refinishing. When it became clear that the tech was not going to properly refinish the work, I sent him away. In this experience, the work was not as stated and the follow up was poor.

Telling clients and reinforcing the fact that the Thermafoil Cabinet covering can melt on high heat....over 400 degrees. The company redid the drawer doors at no cost but the melting happened again so I had to pay 600 to fix. If I'd have known I'd have looked for better options This year there was more melting. I was able to make the situation better by inserting stove shields on both sides of stove. Very professional workers. Cornerstone had put a metal shield on 1 side of the stove which helped but no shield with the side with melting.
