We were lucky with Naples Kitchen & Bath but be warned they usually don't do small jobs under $50,000. We had our kitchen countertops and island replaced and the workmanship is outstanding. It took awhile to get scheduled because they are in high demand but it was worth it. You get a project manager to oversee your remodel but there were some problems. The tile was not installed even though we were told he would be here on 2 days. As of this review we are still waiting to find out when he is going to show up. Good craftsmanship is hard to find so you are usually at a disadvantage when hiring. Naples Kitchen hires good people but they need to do a better job at communicating schedules.

When I arrived at the job site and opened the box, I found old, dried food still inside the disposal. It was clearly a used item that had been returned and placed back on the shelf without being properly inspected. As a handyman, this meant I had to stop the job, pack everything back up, drive all the way to Lowe's, exchange the product, and then return to my customer's home. I lost approximately an hour of work because of a mistake that should never have happened. When I explained the situation to the service desk and asked if there was any way they could compensate me for the time I lost due to their error, one employee actually laughed and dismissed me with, "Have a nice day, sir." That response was far more disappointing than the original mistake. A manager eventually offered a 30% discount on a future purchase, which I appreciate, but it still doesn't change the fact that I lost valuable work time or that I was treated disrespectfully. Mistakes happen. Selling a returned item as new is one thing. Laughing at a customer who has been inconvenienced by your mistake is another. As someone who spends thousands of dollars each year on materials for my business, I expect better quality control and much better customer service. Going forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been trying to find someone since the beginning of September. Replacing all windows timeframe from window companies is 16-22 weeks currently, and cost is 19-22K. When we decided to redo our kitchen and family room, we looked at many contractors. Our project…read moreinvolved new cabinets, countertops, sinks, flooring, some electrical, and painting, We selected three contractors to submit bids. Mike's bid was in the middle of the three for cost, and by far the most detailed. The reasons we chose Mike were many. First Mike was exceeding patient in answering all of our questions, and explaining the plusses and minuses of each choice. Secondly, Mike had samples of all of the materials in his shop. The other bidders told us to go to different places to look at the samples for flooring, countertops, etc. Third, he readily worked with us as we struggled to make some of the decisions. However, the best thing about Dreamworks was that the crew that showed up day one stayed on our our project through completion. Ricardo, Nixon, Francisco, and Liz were complete professionals. Manny, the electrician was on site when needed. I don't remember the name of the guy who did the flooring, but he did a great job. The crew made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up each day before they left, and they were so nice to deal with. We could not be happier with the competed project.

Telling clients and reinforcing the fact that the Thermafoil Cabinet covering can melt on high heat....over 400 degrees. The company redid the drawer doors at no cost but the melting happened again so I had to pay 600 to fix. If I'd have known I'd have looked for better options This year there was more melting. I was able to make the situation better by inserting stove shields on both sides of stove. Very professional workers. Cornerstone had put a metal shield on 1 side of the stove which helped but no shield with the side with melting.

We were very impressed with the amazing tile selections, the showroom display, and the very personal attention we received from Robert Sorhegui. Some of the tiles are in-stock and our contractor was able to pick up our order that afternoon. Our master bath does not need remodeling but I am so tempted because of the stunning possibilities.
