The small nature of the project was not a deterrent for Franco. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry and within a day or two we were discussing design options for our project. He listened carefully to our vision and lined up his crew and a specialty sub-contractor to make everything happen. We had a very tight deadline - and when parts did not arrive on time - Franco went the extra mile (literally) and drove to Miami to pick up the materials required to complete the job by the deadline date. You see I had 66 tiles and needed 80. So I decided to do a border around the tile first, this way there will be enough tile to work with. Let me say Jeremy and Matthew did a great job. They put it in, and it's perfect. The way Jeremy suggested to arrange the tile, was just the look I was going for!They are on time, worked very hard, cleaned up every evening when they were done for the day.
