Breanna was so helpful in person and over the phone/email and we were able to figure out remnants for my bathrooms which helped with the costs of my project. She even sent me photos of remnants she had in the parking lot and they were beautiful. The turnaround time was just as promised. The guys that came to template and install were so professional and did an amazing job. The seams are almost invisible. Finally someone recommended we go to UMI Naples to look at their large selection of quartz. UMI had a great selection, they do not sell direct. I told them we were having a problem finding some one to do our job. They gave us a few companies to contact. Fortunately Counter Top Solutions was on that list. Almost immediately the story changed, they were interested in helping us. We found them to be expert at their trade, courteous, kind and caring. The front greeter was friendly, and called over a GenZ dark haired guy. Who showed me the direction…read moreof the pulls then said with a snotty attitude "when you find out what you want, come over to the desk and I will order them, it will take at least 2 to 3 weeks." Then walked over to the back desk to chat with his coworker. He offered no additional assistance. I looked at the pulls myself with no help. I left and ordered the same ones at the store online. They came in 8 days via FedEx. I also told my carpenter about the situation and he said he even gets attitude. That if you don't have a designer with you that's what happens. Train your staff that if we go in there we can afford what you have. Drop the attitude.
