It was a lie on one end or the other as they told my employee one thing and me another.. They could have just called and said the order wasn't ready. Instead I adjusted my project, my day, and paid my employee for wasted time. There was no attempt to rectify in any way.

It was a different brand, but in essence, the same product. I headed to self-checkout, scanned with ease, but had an issue with the Military discount. A young woman employee immediately headed over and fixed it for me. I pulled out a gift cart and she immediately took care of that for me too. All I had to do was pay the balance.
