We purchased two queen mattresses and two bunky boards to be proactive thinking we would need bunky boards with the bed frames we were picking out. Chris said we had a 30 or 60 day return on the mattresses or something along those lines. However, he did not say the bunky boards could be returned regardless of whether they were in the plastic or not. We do not need them since the new frames come with a hard bottom and we are stuck with them. It's a shame.
