Cutting boards, rubbish bins, drying racks, a million different gadgets. Prices are clearly marked. In the small appliances section, one aisle is dedicated to blenders. Prices are a little higher than Amazon but they do offer a price matching. Unfortunately, the blender that mom liked the most only had the glued-down demo model. There was not a sale model available. Off to Amazon she went and the replacement for her broken blender will arrive tomorrow. The store is busy with lots of merchandise, stacked high. It can be a bit overwhelming as there isn't enough room in the aisles to pass one cart past another. But that's the BB&B way! [Review 14420 overall, 1746 of 2020, number 1177 in Florida.]

With that said, I just wanted to give my positivity here because the City Mattress team at this location in Cape went above and beyond for me. For starters, City Mattress is not affiliated with City Furniture. They are completely different companies and CM is actually family-owned. Their staff here is great. I worked with both Al and Brandon. Initially, I bought an Aireloom mattress from Brandon. I had my eyes on it and was optimistic it would "be the one", but after 60-90 days, it was too firm and inquired to exchange. I knew very well from the get go that theres no returns, only exchanges for greater or equal value, and was okay with that. So last week, I went in and spoke to Al and he showed me the PranaSleep Karma Hybrid Medium/Plush. It was awesome and the same price point. Had me set up for delivery the next business day and the delivery guys were friendly and right on time. They even worked out the prices to do an even exchange and I only paid the $200 change fee, which was expected. Id strongly recommend anyone in Cape Coral or surrounding area to shop here. The entire team is great and also very knowledgeable. They arent trying to push you into a sale or sling a certain type of mattress and they take a very consultative approach. Thanks again for a great experience!
