After asking a very friendly employee where the pots were located, I found them and discovered that all of their pots are for decorative, artificial plants. Bummer. But my visit to Hobby Lobby paid off when I saw two cute puzzles (40% off!), which I will give as family gifts for our grandkids.

Made an online order, when it arrived in 3 large bundles (3 cases of tile) all shrink and bubble…read morewrapped, my worst fears were realized. 35% of the tiles had corners smashed. I was able to complete 1 of 2 projects with what survived, cutting down pieces where needed. But I still felt that was too many broken tiles - all on the corners - so packaging was at fault. One of the bundles was better wrapped and had no breaks. This is a trading/procedures thing and easily fixed going forward. I emailed them, sent photos, and suggested a way to strengthen the corners. I also requested a refund for 1 case since that was about what broke. I nearly got whiplash with the speed they processed the refund, including shipping, all led off with a phone call. They fully agreed with my issues and presented zero issues of their own. This is how a business should be run. I was a repeat customer coming into this order and will certainly remain a good customer.

I went to pick up the order we placed late before they were closing and the employees were very helpful and packed up my order quickly. Getting me in and out of the store with tile loaded in my truck in just 15 minutes! Grateful for Chris and James whom operated the forklifts the with careful precision loading the tile into my truck.

Normally when tot turn into an area of the store, someone working comes and asks how you're doing and if you need help, not here, the associates gathered in the middle of the store gossiping about their weekend and Halloween plans. When you're finished at a store and hop in the checkout lane, you would assume the mannerisms and customer service would greet you, make sure you found everything okay and more, not here, they don't even acknowledge your presence, they don't ask you if you need help, don't even interact with you, too busy in FULL conversation with the next cashier. Would have loved to have spoken to the manager but when we found him , AGAIN, full face hurried into her personal phone again. Honestly, this store has a pathetic team of workers.
