Our…read moreproject started when we met Jeff in his Cape Coral showroom, and the entire process from that point on was flawless. My wife and I had gone to several other flooring companies in the area and just could not find what we were looking for. But when we went to Direct Flooring, Jeff immediately understood what we were wanting (color, quality, price, etc.) and steered us right to the exact product that we needed for our home. After getting measurements from his installer (James), Jeff gave us a fantastic price including a veteran's discount which we greatly appreciated, for the flooring and new baseboards. The installer - James (Flooring by James LLC) - and his team (Kirk & Darnell) came out on the day we selected; on-time, well prepared and extremely professional. They worked several days in a row to finish the job and, again, we couldn't be happier. The flooring and new baseboards look fantastic - not a single negative issue at all, Everything was done to perfection. We highly recommend Jeff at Direct Flooring and be sure to ask for James to do the install. Thank you Jeff, James' and team for a job very well done!

The team removed the outdated laminate flooring from five rooms and replaced it with absolutely gorgeous porcelain tile. Trusted Guidance After Dalton Reed did such an incredible job on the first project at my parents' home, I had no hesitation about working with him again for my own home. Although this project was much larger and more expensive, Dalton brought a reassuring sense of calm to the process. Once again, his kind and patient approach helped him understand exactly what I wanted. He also called frequently to make sure everything was moving in the right direction.
