Excellent experience with this company. The showroom is nicely appointed, and well laid out - with accent tile in one area, floor/wall tile in another area, and decorative accoutrements in another. Sales people don't hawk you, unless you need them to help. Very good advice, friendly delivery, I absolutely recommend this company for all your decorating needs. Honestly, if you can't what you absolutely love at this showroom, then you probably don't know what you want. Oh, and they have loads of fabulous pool tiles/mosaics too! We purchased a house in SW Cape Coral that had old caroeting in the 3 bedrooms that had to go. My wife and I picked out some beautiful plank look tiles for those 3 rooms. 3 weeks ago, Tyler came to our house, removed the old carpeting and padding, laid down the tiles, and grouted same. His work was impeccable. The new flooring looks fantastic. As a side note, our old carpeting sat outside for quite awhile, even though I called and emailed WastePro a couple of times each week. I reached out to Dennis at Trebing to ask him for assistance in getting WastePro to pick the carpeting up. He came over himself in a truck and removed the debris an hour after I talked to him. The customer service was fantastic from the time I walked into the store until I left without feeling pressured. The selection was good and prices fair. In fact after pricing out several tiles at other places we found Trebing was left. Many other places price by 12x12 and not square foot which make them look less expensive but it feels deceptive. Their work was so outstanding that other unit owners came to see for themselves the outstanding work that Riley had done. We just had them remove old tile and install new tile the first floor in our home about 2k feet 9 rooms . they did a great job we are very happy with the professionalism they exhibited during the whole installation. I can't begin to describe what a pleasure it was dealing with this company! It is a family owned business that has been around for decades. Julia, the owner's daughter who works in the office, was most knowledgeable and courteous and provided samples of tiles we were interested in. (The showroom has an awesome selection to choose from by the way!) The owner himself came to evaluate the job and give us an idea of the cost to remove our old wood laminate and replace with tile. We had a formal typewritten quote from Julia the next day. The workers were superb, quite friendly and helpful, and moved heavy furniture from room to room as necessary and designed the work flow so that we always had a path we could walk on from room to room regardless of the stage of completion. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked and left our home looking as good as the work would permit each day. They finished earlier than we expected and we were absolutely thrilled with the quality and detail of their workmanship. Trebling Tile gets an A plus rating from us for sure! :) read more

My experience with Trebing Tile was extremely unpleasant and stressful I would never recommend them The tiles are beautiful but the installation is not. Uneven placement, high tiles (trip hazard), grouting also uneven. Some lines narrow, some lines wide, some not filled in even. A total mess. When I brought my issues to the owner, he suggested replacing 3 of the tiles. Wha a joke!! When I said the only way to satisfy me is redo the install. His remark was "That isn't going to happen" After a few days his crew came back and worked 3 full days tearing up most of the tiles and redoing the installation However you would think the job would be pristine. It is better but I still have issues and will not be able to recommend them. They are expensive, twice as much as other similar companies I had decided on them because they told me they use all their own employees. I didn't want to buy tile from one store and then find an installer. BIG mistake !!! read more

Just had to have a carpet stretched in 2 places. Took them 45 minutes. Price was $200. I think that was pretty outrageous
