I called again and was told to fill.out another service request and make note of the location concern. I received 3 called from clueless staff who wanted to sell me products. During the third called I requested a manager call me. Which has not happened. I did receive a notification that because the shade was over a year old I needed to make a payment to cover a service call before the claim could proceed. Really you want me to pay for something I have not received? Not willing to do that. My friend in our community purchased from another company (Budget Blinds) also had a similar issue this week and her issue was resolved in 2 days! Very unsatisfied with Zingas right now!
