His goal was to make sure I was happy with the work. He went above and beyond at every step and his pricing was fair and reasonable. Ryan was also amazing and did stellar work and a truly good guy that demonstrated genuine caring. After my home flooded and remediation done, I got 5 bids. It's not fun to have to rebuild after a flood but have them as my contractor was my one redemption knowing all would be alright. Sam also has amazing taste and attention to detail. I more than highly recommend!

Frank was a pleasure to work with. His personality and fairness is why we hired him and he surely delivered!!! Both V and P (floor installers) were professional, kind, humble and experienced! Frank delivered as stated!!!! They cleaned up afterwards and we were extremely happy and satisfied with the job they completed. We were so impressed with the quality of work V and P performed (because in SW FL my past experiences have been disappointing to say the least), we called Frank back and decided to have another room done with the request of V and P for this Friday. Frank was extremely fair in pricing the job with us. I highly recommend CCC of SWFL. Thank you for your professionalism and great quality workmanship.

We understood that the job would be challenging, not only because of the number or colors, but because of the many instances where multiple colors would need to be painted side by side, sometimes in hard to reach areas. Attempting to paint a home in Florida during the raining season further complicated things. Hammadi and his crew rose to the challenge. They worked very closely with us throughout the job to ensure that there was no miscommunicaton. Their knowledge of available paint products helped us to choose the best possible materials for the job, based not only on appearance, but on durability in harsh weather conditions. They worked early in the morning and on weekends to finish in a timely manner, despite the daily rainstorms. Most importantly, they took pride in their work, and it showed. The completed paint job exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend them.

We've been so pleased with our experience we have shared their contact information with our friends and one couple have already visited and ordered a replacement for their own kitchen and bathroom. I'm in the construction industry and notified him of several times of potential issues a month in advance and all he would say was "it's no problem we can handle it when we come to install" well, I ended up canceling two large marble vanity tops causing them to lose thousands in sales because they couldn't come up with a solution and then had multiple issues with the installation of the kitchen countertops. granted, I had a few out of the ordinary situations but, his lackadaisical I don't care attitude was frustrating beyond belief. ultimately I had to fix one of the issues in the kitchen myself and am contracting a new countertop company to install the vanity tops. I would highly recommend you use another company or at the very least not use Matt. And if whoever owns Stone Factory sees this, You better watch Matt closely because he is loosing you thousands in revenue. I just noticed that the waterfall edges on our island have a 1/2" gap between the cabinets and the waterfall! We bought the entire kitchen cabinets and all the marble from these guys and I cant get them to return to address these issues. I was contacted by Wayne after I initially posted this review and he said not to worry they'd make it right. after multiple phone calls I can't get an appointment set with him to come out to view the issues and come up with a solution. This situation continues to get worse. Oh and by the way, they advertise the sell kitchen cabinets but, its not them its someone else so don't be fooled into thinking your dealing with a one stop shop who has internal employees doing the work. Everything is subcontracted out to 3rd party installers. I'll update this if Wayne ever shows up to address the issues.
