We love Lee! He first did work for us a few years ago when we wanted to open up a room so the house would flow a little nicer. His quote beat multiple other contractors that we had spoken with previously, and he had very good reviews. He was hired and did a wonderful job. A year later we had a three season porch that we wanted turned into a walk in closet. Once again Lee and his team did a great job, and I have a beautiful closet! We just had Lee and his team redo our kitchen. It was a huge job. It is an old house with so many issues that arise throughout projects. The guys gutted the kitchen, expanded the room, fixed the ceiling and structural issues, added a bunch of windows, put tile down, painted, cabinets, counter tops, brick backsplash (my favorite part), subway tile with black grout (so easy to have look like a sloppy mess and they really made it look great), they put in a wonderful huge sink for me, and installed the vent hood. I love my kitchen! They show up on time and they get the job done fast! The best part about Lee is he really stands by his work. If we call him with any issue or concern they show up and fix the problem and have never charged for coming to my house on those occasions. They get it done and they are hard workers and great people. Lee is someone you can joke with and feel comfortable around. Great guy, we completely recommend him and his team! My husband and I just got our 1st home and wanted to do a full basement remodeling. We didn't know how to go about it and honestly had no vision for the basement aside from "we just want it to look nicer, be pleasant to be in, and maybe have a pantry". After reading the reviews on many different contractors, I decided to go with LD's, and 5min into our 1st consultation, was presented with a few different ideas that sounded better than anything I could have imagined. I got a quote, was told the construction would take 3 to 4 weeks (it ended up taking 4 weeks and 1 day which I was very happy with), and scheduled the whole thing. As things were moving forward, I was always informed of what the crew is working on, what possible add-ons would be recommended, on what could I save some money, and what's the best way to take care of things. The only thing I had to worry about was choosing the flooring (which I received a website info for) and purchasing the paint. My basement looks absolutely fantastic, I've learnt quite a few new things, and found a crew I know I can trust and would hire in a heartbeat if I need any other construction work done around the house. *LD's also took care of my poor flowers I had by the front door entrance, and taught me how to take care of them properly. Lee and his crew did an excellent job of completely renovating and updating my parent's kitchen which hadn't been touched since the house was built in the 80s. Lee helped us design the kitchen to our needs so that it was more open with much more cabinet space-- we have so much space now that we're still trying to fill it up! He also gave us recommendations for where we could look for flooring and counter materials (we went for granite), and even helped us to obtain multiple samples and gave us advice on how to match everything. He was also always easily accessible by phone and was always prompt with responding. His crew was professional and friendly and were at our house practically every day to work on some aspect of the kitchen.
