We had a little bit of a blurb the first time they installed it. However, the owner himself came and looked at it and said we are going to fix this, and they did. They sent out Jeff who fixed the carpet and did a fantastic job. So even though there might've been a littleissue they were definitely on top of getting it fixed as soon as possible. They even moved my furniture back into the room to help out. So yes, I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again.

His goal was to make sure I was happy with the work. He went above and beyond at every step and his pricing was fair and reasonable. Ryan was also amazing and did stellar work and a truly good guy that demonstrated genuine caring. After my home flooded and remediation done, I got 5 bids. It's not fun to have to rebuild after a flood but have them as my contractor was my one redemption knowing all would be alright. Sam also has amazing taste and attention to detail. I more than highly recommend!

We sent him a message and he replied promptly. He came to give us an in-home estimate very quickly (it was an accurate estimate) and provided some samples for us to choose from. We made a choice but then changed our minds and Jeff was cool with that. He said we could shop for our own material since we wanted the work done quickly. He credited us for the materials and arranged installation. Jeff's installed was phenomenal and extremely efficient while maintaining quality standards. Jeff then came to our house to inspect the work once it was done, which was a nice touch and shows us that he stands behind the work his company does. The installers (Marco and Arthur I think) arrived on time, finished on time, did a decent job of cleaning up, were pleasant and hard working and they did a good job. We had picked a light colored LVP floor and were not happy to see what we thought were scuff marks on it the next day. We talked to the owner, Victor, and he promised that was unusual and he would make it right-either by cleaning, contacting the manufacturer, or even replacing it under his insurance policy if that was needed to make us happy. When he came to check it out, he said the marks were not scuff marks from shoes, but from residue of the adhesives used. He sent the team back the next morning at 8 am to clean the spots w/mineral spirits and that worked well. Scuffs are gone, and we are happy. So pleased to find someone that cares about customer service. Thank you!
