Loader came out with the wood and loaded half the wood, stopped and stared at me and eventually said "Are you going to load the rest?" So I ended up loading half of the wood. Upon getting home and going through the wood, they were majority below average quality. Some were so splintered that they were unusable. This place is an absolute joke and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemies. If I could give it lower than 1 star I absolutely would! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

They charged me for the one I cracked and replaced the one that had moisture since it was a warranty thing. They wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount $$ for installation so I thought I could find someone to install them. I tried and was unsuccessful finding someone to install another company's windows. I called Marissa who was just about impossible to get ahold of. I felt like a stalker! I finally got a hold of her and explained I would pay the amount to have them installed. She claimed she had misspoke and was unable to get anyone to do the install. I was furious and explained that I had no one to do it and she said she would contact one of their contractors and see if they would do it. I'm willing to pay, I wasn't looking for something free! Anyways, I found on YouTube how to remove the cracked window and replace it and that is exactly my husband and I did. This company is unprofessional.
