The deal was that I would pay about $140 a year ($70 every six months) and not have to clean it again. The only catch is....Everette quit coming to spray my roof. When I emailed him to ask if he forgot about my house, he never returned my email. He talks a good game.

They basically took old facials and soffits , bent them and shoved them under the gutter. I've spent 2 months calling and texting our sales rep, the Home Plus office, and have been told 5 times 'someone will be out this week, or tomorrow , etc to complete the job.' No one shows up and now they don't answer the phone. The roof job was a complete mess-every day workers were there I had to call the project manager (who surprisingly no longer works there), the sales rep and the office and ask them to please clean up the thousands of nails and debris all over the outside of the house. Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. We are now forced to hire an attorney to resolve this matter -it's been a total nightmare. Highly recommend NOT USING HOME PLUS ROOFING-they are scammers ! They do great work. Our new home and roof looks great! They made it look very nice. The only thing…read morethat I don't like so far is there's roofing nails all over my front yard, sides and back yard right along the house and I keep getting then stuck in my shoes/sandals because there are scattered along the grass. I'm worried someone will get hurt. Other than the roofers nails there was a small opening in a very tight corner of the ventilation planks underneath the roof, so an animal could've got in or bugs? But I didn't see anything so hopefully everything is good because I climbed up and closed it as best as I could. But anyways roof look great Brand Spank'n new and awesome!!!! I rate them as a 100% even though some small minor issues and an A+. Those workers are very hard workers and do great. The only thing I recommend it getting like a net or bucket catcher to put along the side of the roof so those nails don't fall to the ground and someone step on it and get hurt. Anyways thank you Roof Smart, and Amazing Job!!! :)

All this was from damage done in Ian. From day 1, until completion, the men were so clean and careful about how they removed the old roof and installed the new one. They scanned for nails that may have come out in my yard twice! The roof passed through the county inspection first time and the inspector said they did "great work" and he had NEVER had any issues. In addition to the great work, the price was great also. No one beat their prices and more importantly they have been here in Lee County for 20+ years so you only have to call them if you have any issues. They were recommended to me by a friend that used them and I am passing on the same great recommendation.

I chose them because of this level of service and the fact that a friend in Punta Gorda highly recommended them. I recommend them, too. P.S.: the roof held perfectly during hurricane Ian.
