I had a repair issue with a washer and even though it was paid off ahead of time, the treatment I received to get it repaired, as it was still under warranty was a nightmare. The storeroom help ignores you, not wanting to help you because they would rather be on their phones. Rather then send a repairman to look at it, they took the washer for seven weeks and didn't fixed the primary problem, the door. The manager, Jose Rodriguez, is clueless to delivery schedules and not helpful. The regional manager, Jeff, was rude, unhelpful, hard to get ahold of and didn't apologize for the massive issues that went on. When the "fixed" appliance came back, the delivery men didn't want to speak English, wanted me to sign a blank form of delivery, didn't issue a receipt and I had to chase them down because they didn't install in correctly. The appliance was better in the showroom so it may have been a bait and switch. They should've prorated a refund for the time I was without it but didn't. Avoid this location like a plague and just save time and money purchasing your appliance outright.
