I rarely ever come to this location because it's further away and the traffic on airport pulling and Davis makes people avoid slowing down at this location. I was looking for a newly released Milwaukee attachment made for cutting brush and my regular store only had one according to the apps inventory. I looked all over even climbed the staff ladder to check overhead rack inventory (when no staff was around/watching). I asked an associate and he showed me there were none in the front locked areas either. I'm guessing it grew legs and disappeared at the pine ridge store. Getting back to this HD. They had 6 cutters online. It's a completely different vibe all together. Their parking lot appeared full but there were hardly any customers inside. And this was around 1:30 on a Thursday. I was able to walk in and out with exactly what I wanted and was greeted 2 by friendly happy staff. Just get used to turning right as you leave at 3 of the 4 lot exits. The Home Depot on Airport is a good store. Unlike the HD on Pine, you can usually find employees willing to help and get you loaded up. Going early is always a good idea. This is a larger store and you can usually get everything you need, without waiting for it to come back in stock. I had to buy some wood to complete a hay storage building for my horses, and was happy to meet John, who went around the store with me and we checked off everything on my handyman's list. John even measured some boards to be sure they were the right size. He looked the wood over and rejected pieces that didn't look good. This was quality service and very much appreciated, so a big shout out for John! read more

My wife and I will not set foot in a Home Depot again. We purchased a GE washer/dryer on 4/8 and set it up for a 4/11 delivery. They delivered both but the washer was damaged so I refused to accept it. Meanwhile they hauled away our old units so we were left with the new dryer. I had to call to schedule a replacement that was set up for a 4/16 delivery. That day came and went with no delivery or phone call. I had to call again and were told that GE was on back order and it would be delivered on 4/22. The laundry was piling up. on 4/18 we received a message that there would be no delivery until 4/25. Now the laundry was really piling up. We went to the store to see if another model could be delivered sooner but they could only do one day earlier. We wanted to cancel the entire order but since 48 hrs had elapsed, we could not cancel the dryer. The manager said his hands were tied. I called the Home Depot hot line but they would do nothing . We cancelled the washer and went to Lowe's where we purchased the exact GE washer and it would be delivered the next day.. I have always been partial to Lowe's, and this reinforced my opinion. Do not shop here It will only end in disappointment Their online app is great but then when you go to pick up your supplies after 20 mins waiting at curbside you find out they don't have anyone to bring it out to you or help you load - and they forget items and then tell you to come back and get them when you realize it wasn't loaded. After 45 mins on hold no one answering the phones (they ring right next to the employees in customer service and they don't pick up) you finally get their customer service online involve another hour later they get ahold of them for you and then tell you they'll refund your items not received and then only refund partially just to have to start the whole process over again another hour on the phone to no avail then told call back again tomorrow and try again. This is the worst store So unorganized their aisles are being Redone and their employees walk by even when you ask for help they tell you to go to customer service they can call someone to help you (no one ever shows up) read more

They're actually nice and they're going to get the electrical department in the don't care they don't care about anything we a specific bulb for one of our older clients they had it but they wouldn't get saw it. I wanted to purchased an appliance from Home Depot, but they were priced $75 higher than the three mentioned. The salesman in appliances said he is empowered to make adjustments up to $49, so he called for a manager. After over 10 minutes, Chadlyn called him back and refused to even let him do the $49 that he just committed to. So, I went to the front of the store. I asked for Chadlyn. He made us wait 15 minutes and then rudely walked up and said he was not going to honor the competitor price match. So, I went down the street to Best Buy, Not only did they honor the price, they knocked off another $99 off the lower price, because they said they wanted to show me why I should buy from them. I know I have spent in excess of $20,000 in that store and have never been as rudely treated as CHADLYN treated us. My wife said we will never shop there again. So, today, we went and purchased $2,500 worth of product from Lowes. All because CHADLYN decided to be so completely rude yesterday. Is that how Home Depot has empowered their managers to act? Typical Home Depot....they've got all ya need and then some. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Four self checkouts make popping in for a few items a quick event, which I really like. You'd have to be a brick to not be able to use them! Simple. My one gripe would be getting in and out of the parking lot, which is cramped and a little difficult to scoot around when busy. The entrance from Davis Blvd. wraps around the side of the building out to the front. One way exit as well out to Airport Road, but these are the least of you worries once you can locate them. They don't honor their online prices in-store. My mom and I stopped by to look at some of the trees we'd seen online in-person, but I noticed they were all $20 more expensive in the store. It's like they're trying to punish you for going to the brick-and-mortar. Had carpet put in one of my rooms. They came out and measured for $35. That went towards the carpet. We had samples shipped to our house, we then picked the one we liked and ordered it. They had the carpet installed in a little over a week. 3 guys showed up and just went straight to work. They had the carpet out and then back in within about 2 hours. read more

No delivery came. No phone calls. No communication. 48 hours later on Monday I had to go to the store in person and stand in a ridiculously long costumer service line because they don't answer the phone and the Home Depot online people were unable to assist me. I recently completely remodeled my home and used Home Depot everyday for materials, from large to small. There were instances when I went that I may have bought to much of an item, the wrong item, or may have bought two similar items but different sizes to make sure that I didn't have to make an additional trip. All backed by the if you don't use it just return it comments from the sales associates. Fast forward to after I finished the project. I went to return items that I did not need. Instead of digging up all the receipts I just took the credit card I used to make the purchases because they can look up the receipts. They went through it all and had to stop once and give me store credit for 270 dollars. I was fine with the store credit since the purchases were more than 90 days ago. However, when they went to process the last 200 dollars it was declined. For fraud alert, however, the credit card showed the purchases and found the receipts. I wasn't even allowed to go back and keep certain things that maybe I would have a chance of using. I called The Retail Equation who is the company that does the dirty work of just telling you no, sorry, outta luck. SO DON'T BELIEVE THEIR RETURN POLICY, AND WHEN DOING LARGE PROJECTS THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO RETURN ITEMS AFTER THE JOB IS COMPLETE SHOP ELSEWHERE. --FALSE ADVERTISEMENT-- This store has been doing this since September of 2019 that I am aware of! So back in September, I saw one of their lawnmowers with a reduced sign for 1,699. The original tag was listed at 3,099 so this was an amazing deal. Unfortunately, I did not have the money to buy it in September so I did not go in the store but I did take pictures. Today 12/24/19 I saw the same unit listed at 1,299! Got super happy and I was ready for purchase. I would've even paid extra for delivery at this price! Eventually spoke to a manager at the store (Rachel) because the customer service rep was still showing the original tag price which was 3,099. She then proceeded to tell me that she cannot sell it for 1,299 because someone probably just moved the sign on purpose. So I tell her, someone is playing tricks and has been moving signs since September?? Don't think so! She had nothing to say about that. I told Rachel that if they didn't do anything for me I will make it public and she didn't seem to be bothered about it. As I was leaving I saw one of the reps and the manager talking outside and moving the signs. I work customer service myself and false advertisement is not a way to provide exceptional customer service. First off, I would like to congratulate Home Depot for being my fist Yelp review. I went to the store to pick up new Dewalt brad nailer. The website said they had 3 in stock. A employee walked up and asked if I needed any help and I explained what I was looking for and said their wed site stated 3 in inventory. All I heard was excuses that Dewalt doesn't restock anything and I could clearly see over 30 new Dewalt boxes up on the higher shelves. The guy would not get a ladder to check any of the boxes nor to check where the 3 items might be located. I just can't understand how people can be soo lazy they can't a customer out. I purchased a full suite of kitchen appliances from this store on October 10, 2018. I received the merchandise on October 16, 2018. I have had several problems with the refrigerator but I am being told that I cannot exchange the item even if I want to trade up and pay more because I didn't report the issue within 48 hours. I did report the problem on October 18th but I did not call the correct number. I was told that Ozzy would call me and he did not. Not very good to Veterans. Moved to Florida and got my Vets indicator on my drivers license. Shopped at H D once with no issue. Shopped a second time no issue. Third time they said I couldn't use my Vets benefit because I had a "PROFESSIONAL" credit Card. WHAT???? My card is based on $$$ Credit limit, nothing to do with owning a business. The staff at this H D has no clue what's going on. The manager of the Day basically blew me off. Not very nice. He said, go to a different register..Are you kidding?????? Visited the Flooring Dept. today--what an unpleasant experience! "Scott" was assisting another customer, and although he walked past the two of us several times, he made no effort to greet us or even acknowledge our presence. For approximately ten minutes, my husband and I sat at the desk. When he was finished with that customer, he looked over at us--again, no greeting, and another woman approached him. This time, he began speaking to that customer instead of helping us. After another five minutes, I got up and walked over to "Scott", and asked if we should come at another time. He answered me in the most abrupt and rude manner, telling me just what transpired, and offering no apology I was totally taken aback. When he returned to his station, I began to explain that I had spoken to "Beatrice" on the phone about a special order item with installation. He told me he knew nothing about this policy, and said he had to ask someone else who was on break. He left the desk, supposedly to consult this person, and did not return. My husband and I waited another ten minutes and finally left. We then went to Lowe's where we were treated as valued customers, and placed our order for four rooms of flooring. I am the former National Customer Service Manager for a major box retailer, and this was among the worst experiences I've ever had. Get that guy back in training, or get him out of there. Bought all new kitchen appliances. I had my microwave less than 3 weeks, no power. Called the GE service company, the repairman stated it was the mother board, which he didn't have. It had to be ordered, since I had the microwave for more than 48 hours they had to repair it. It's been over a week, still no board. I contacted GE customer service, same story, waiting on decisions from higher ups! I bought this set and paid cash with my hard earned money, no one seems to care! GO ELSEWHERE!! When I did an internet search for a particular kitchen appliance, Home Depot came up as a seller of the item. I went to this location on Airport-Pulling in Naples, FL, ordered the appliance and a delivery date was set. For a few days before, I received text notifications confirming and alerting me to the intended delivery. On the day of the delivery, no one was in contact with me to give me the time window. I called the delivery company and they told me I WOULD NOT BE GETTING A DELIVERY!! Upon investigation, I was told that the appliance, I had order AND PAID FOR IN FULL, was no longer available/NO LONGER BEING MANUFACTURED and that a similar appliance of greater value was being substituted, YET NO ONE BOTHERED TO INFORM ME!!!!!! After the initial order, and having already asked the salesman if any other parts were needed to be ordered to turn a venting range hood into a recirculating one, I was WRONGLY told it wasn't necessary and now I'm stuck with parts I ordered on my own!! I went back to this Home Depot, cancelled the entire order for this and another large appliance out of sheer disgust, frustration and anger! I was later informed that this is quite typical of big box stores. They are happy to take your order AND MONEY, they aren't willing to deliver what you've ordered! The service was disgraceful. Whatever you do don't get kyur rental tools from the East Naples Home Depot!! I have rented from them twice and what a nightmare!! They are so unprofessional. I rented the power washer, and not all parts were there in order for us to use a detergent cleaner. I had to go back 3 times in order to get this all straightened out. 10 miles one way. They were upset with ME, why? Because I knew they were giveing me the run around. I eventually got all my money returned since we couldn't finishi with the equipment they sold us or the day. The manager Matthew, told me the reason I didn't get things right was that the person who rang it up had Alzheimers!! I even called Corporate and they didn't care, offered no results other than to return it. I knew that was where I was headed. So if the Corporate is like that no wonder the employees don't care.
