Even better, JJ asked what I was looking for and he really made an effort to help. He took me around the store until we found the cleaner that I had been looking for. Ace is more expensive than the big box stores, but paying a little extra for convenience can be well worth it. Ace always tries to make things right for their customers and JJ did a great job. Ace is a good store to shop at, especially when you don't want to go miles out of your way to get to a Home Depot. The store is smaller but they have a really good selection of products including quality paint. I'll be back shopping at Ace soon.

Customer service is good, if you need a return, the process is fast and easy as long as you bring a receipt. Prices are competitive and the selection is good, after all, Lowe's is a big store. If a handyman sends me there for supplies, I can always ask the guys in the store if I can't locate a #9 x 1-1/2 in deck screw. Kudos to these hard working and knowledgeable employees, if they don't know, they will look it up on their phones. Lowe's is in a good location and parking is easy. Then walked over to the back desk to chat with his coworker. He offered no additional assistance. I looked at the pulls myself with no help. I left and ordered the same ones at the store online. They came in 8 days via FedEx. I also told my carpenter about the situation and he said he even gets attitude. That if you don't have a designer with you that's what happens. Train your staff that if we go in there we can afford what you have. Drop the attitude.
