The shading of our new floor "left a lot to be desired " I instructed the installer that any DARK pieces were to be installed under where the bed was or the closet. That DID NOT happen. He installed right as you entered the room. Looks terrible!!! I asked if he could correct that and he declined. Now I have to hide it with a runner rug. Should not have to with a brand new install. Also he took my transition piece that I paid for. He used 24 " I had another 6 ft. He also took my white caulk 2 tubes. He didn't use them. I have used this company before. But I will not use them again. Beware of the sample piece of the flooring you see!! Chris and Josh have to be Lumber Liquidators MVP'S! These two gentlemen are not only professional, but the product knowledge is awe-inspiring! Chris took his time explaining the different flooring options for my project and walked me through adding a photo to superimpose the flooring options on my computer. Josh helped me finalize my order and facilitated the shipment options from Texas to Florida. I called no less than ten flooring companies in Naples, Bonita, and Fort Myers, and those companies have a lot to learn from these two superstars. I left messages for some of these companies days ago and have not heard back yet; Chris and Josh helped me get my order in right away. I stopped in the store looking for flooring for an upcoming project was greeted right away from a Gentleman named William. Told him I was just browsing and he said no problem look around and if I had any questions to let him know and feel free to look around. He allowed me to browse uninterrupted for 10 minutes or so and then acknowledge that he was still there to answer any questions I may have if needed. Which was nice in it's self most stores I've visited lately the customer service has been very mediocre to poor with the sales person or customer service representative being pushy or giving off the vibe like you are wasting their time when you say you just want to browse. William was never pushy and allowed me look without feeling pressured or tension. Finally decided on a few different samples that I thought would work for the project. William took the time to break down the differences between each floors I chose and giving me the pros and cons of each and even gave me some suggestions on his thoughts of what would work best. He said follow me in my mind thinking this guy is going to try to up sale me to products that would cost more or something I didn't need. I was pleasantly surprised when he walked right passed all the expensive floors the were $4 and $5 a Sq Ft. And showed me a gorgeous floor that was waterproof and LIFETIME WARRANTY and had a 20 mils wear layer of protection and made in America and pet resistant for only $2.46 a Sq Ft he said sir this is what I would recommend. I was ecstatic to find a deal like that especially since I walked past it a couple times. He definitely earned my respect for that. After talking with him for little bit of exactly what I wanted to do. He offered me a thing called a I Pass assessment for $35.00 that sends out of their Professional installers that are licensed and insured out to take a look at the project and get correct measurements and tell me everything I needed for the job to be completed from start to finish. The $35.00 is credit back towards the purchase of the floors if you chose to go with the floors. Come to find out William has been in the industry for almost 20 years and his knowledge of floors and dos and don't definitely reflected that he made sure the whole process was quick and painless from start to finish and even followed up just to touch base after the installation to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and liking. I highly recommend visiting LL Flooring for all your flooring needs. I will be telling everyone and referring them here to see William and his associates definitely made you feel important and not just another customer top notch customer service from start to finish... I would give them 10 rating if I was able. LL flooring is definitely lucky to have him working there definitely helped me with how I'm approached by customer service associates from now on. Today I stopped in at the Lumber Liquidators showroom to look at flooring samples ,and my mother and I were immediately greeted with smiles. The employees let us know that they would be happy to assist us, but they didn't follow us around or make us feel pressured. They have a clean showroom with a variety of styles/types at prices that won't make your wallet cry. When we decided upon a few different types of flooring, the manager (Steven) helped us choose a style that would be the most beneficial for exactly what we wanted to do. The staff truly went above and beyond with their customer service. I was impressed by their kindness and willingness to help us in any way that they could. I recommend going to this location, and I will definitely do business with them again!! read more

Just because I was unable to give 0 stars. It is my opinion that if you want to be ripped off by a salesman this is a one stop shop. It is my opinion that if you want to be mistreated by customer service, they have well trained and well versed staff. It is my opinion that if you are looking to waste time and money to achieve the ultimate frustration, you will be granted your wish. Just a dreadful experience from the start to finish. The service is great along with the selection of flooring. Unlike huge flooring stores and Home Depot or Lowe's, it was so nice to have a salesman right there that can answer your questions. What a pleasure to shop here. Our salesman was Kiel in the Naples store. Very helpful. read more

While the outcome was good, the process is not customer oriented. Very frustrating .. even though I gave dates 4 months In Advance they would not take the final payment via phone.. had to drive to a store hours away, couldn't commit to the dates I wanted 4 months away.. could t commit to dates even after I paid bill 3-4 weeks away... started the process 4 months in advance ..still wasn't enough time...an overall negative customer experience. They need to redo their customer service approach before I would spend $10,000 again...even the actual flooring was communicated poorly.. they gave me the 2 days and when they arrived hours later than they said they said they couldn't commit to the next 2 days and would be back 3 -4 days later.. meanwhile all the time the flooring is sitting in the middle of the house- another one of their rules...overall poor experience...yes I recognize it is Covid times.. take away 50% of the issues I raised...still an issue read more

Very helpful staff walked us through the process of buying new floors. They were very knowledgeable and honest. Our main contact was Josh who helped us understand the different types of floors and sound barriers provided us with samples and encouraged us to bring him a competitors price to match if we could find a lower one ( we could not). All in all very professional experience with obviously well trained staff, who not only knew the materials and application but what was in stock, available and what type of product would work best for our home. Stephon ( sorry if thats incorrect spelling) was very helpful as well and provided the same assurance as Josh about the products. Unlike the big box stores we were able to actually spend time with these sales reps, instead of looking all around for someone to help, and get a full understanding of what each products benefits were. read more

My husband and I visited this location numerous times. Every time we had exceptional customer service. There were two people that I would like to comment on. Stephan went above and beyond for us. He suggested we purchase one box of wood flooring to take home so we could see how the colors were in our home lighting and bigger than the sample size. We did, but when our schedule became too hard for us to return the one we didn't want, Stephan came on his DAY OFF and picked it up at our house, returned it to the store for us and credited our account. When we went in to purchase the rest of the flooring, Josh was very helpful and patient with us. He took over an hour helping to pinpoint the exact flooring, color, etc we eventually bought. I was very impressed by this store and would highly recommend them if you are looking for flooring. The showroom was clean and bright and had many options; partly why we had such a hard time choosing! Josh recommended the padding and extras we needed, but without pressure as they do not work on commission. We do need to say one thing we are not happy with on our floors however. We choose to have floating floors. That was a HUGE mistake. We were told that the people laying our floors would determine if the floors were uneven they would be leveled so that they would not have "give" in them when walked on. That did not happen and we are very unhappy with how they feel when we walk on them. It not how we wanted and in fact it is exactly how we described we DID NOT want the floors to be when we started. So overall the customer service was great, but the overall outcome was not. We should have been given better information at install and we were not. We hired a Lumber Liquidator installer that they recommended as well. They also marked up all our bedroom walls installing so we had to repaint. NOT cool! read more
