It took me a bit but I found her (the collective in Boulder was a victim of the covid madness) and ordered a Wardrobe wall mirror. Rani reached out and explained that they were customizable! I requested one small change to the design. The mirror was completed ahead of time and shipped to us. I got it today and opened it in the driveway; it is AMAZING! Explanation was BS. No way I'm ever doing business with them. If you don't trust your manager to make a deal you've got a bad business. Lots of well run businesses out there. Don't need them.
