We made appointments the day before which allows a 30 minute time frame for 2 people. My fiancé and I got a gold filled and a gold bracelet with 2 charms each. It ended up being about $350 for both its a bit pricey but we hope they will last a while. Sarah was the person who helped us with our bracelets, she was very friendly and professional! They provide instructions at the end on how to care for your jewelry and if it ever breaks off (within one year), you can bring it back and they will reconnect it at no charge, as long as it doesn't get lost of course. I loved how many different chain options they provided, from silver, gold filled, 14k gold, a lot of different charms were available as well that were also silver, gold filled and even some 14k gold charms. They also have so different accessories like earrings, and hair clips for purchase. A lot of parking available in the plaza and they have some restrooms in the building as well if needed with vending machines. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment before going because it's a small area and that way you have plenty of time to make a decision. When I decided I wanted a necklace, I told Avyss my thoughts on color and length. I worry that gold doesn't always look nice against my pale skin. She went over the different chains they have, let me feel the differences, and helped me decide on the length. I couldn't quite decide how fitted I wanted the necklace to be, so she put on two different clasps so I could change the length as I desired. (Honestly I would not have even considered this! I didn't realize this was an option, to customize my piece like that!) I love the necklace she created just for me. I wear it all the time and rarely notice the feeling of it against my skin. I love how beautiful it makes me feel when I see it in the mirror. Thanks for this piece! I can't wait to bring my friends along and add a new one to my collection.
