Worst experience ever! Ordered Birthday gift box 10 days ahead, with the delivery date specified…read more Did not get an order confirmation email until I emailed their customer service. The box was not delivered on the day specified. Instead it was delivered two days later, when it was too late for the Birthday greeting. Their web site is useless when it comes to order status info, refund request, or cancellation. You can only order and pay your money, and that's all you are allowed to do on their web site! I contacted FedEx as well as Gift Tree and neither party would accept responsibility stating that "delivery dates are estimations and not promise of delivery" and I was denied any reimbursement. When the basket arrived the week after Mother's Day, the items were hot and the chocolate products were all melted and the expensive champagne was warm (Vueve) . If your business model is selling edible items in a basket, then your delivery dates are vital as you could be mailing out food that is no longer edible. I will never be ordering from this company again.
