This company exceeded my expectations and did exactly everything they said they were going to do…read morewith excellent customer service. I interacted mostly with Bethany over phone and text, and rented a lot of equipment for a 1 week stay for my big family. It included both equipment for the hotel as well as a car seat rental arrangement where they met me at the airport. (I was not able to guarantee a car seat directly with the Budget rental car company in advance. Since Vacation Baby Rental offered the same weekly price, taking into account delivery, I just went with it too). Bethany clearly explained things to me at every point in the process, and was wonderful. I would recommend initiating contact using email as I'm unsure if my original form submission from their website worked (I ended up following up via email when I didn't hear back right away). Everything that was delivered was clean and in good shape. It was worth it to have had items on their waitlist because those came through too. For the hotel I stayed at, the crystal clear instructions from Bethany were to pick up and drop off all equipment at check in /checkout at the bellhop station (watch out for any bellhops that may confuse the process by insisting the company will come to your hotel room to collect - just follow whatever Bethany tells you. ) Our family felt the rental expense, while not cheap, was perfectly reasonable for the HUGE convenience of having our family set up more comfortable during our stay. With this company you don't have to worry about something falling through cracks or them not being responsive. Highly recommend.

Vacation Baby Rental is simply amazing. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end…read more Reserving equipment was very easy, their website is easy to navigate and pricing is clear. We were able to get exactly what we needed. We rented a high chair, baby bath tub, a toy basket and the jogging stroller. The stroller was perfect for walks on the beach and the toy basket was amazing. Our daughter loved all the toys in it and there were so many. They were clean and age appropriate and made our trip so enjoyable without us having to pack toys with us. The prices on everything are incredibly reasonable. I have looked at similar rentals on other trips we have gone on and I can't believe how inexpensive Vacation Baby Rental is compared to others. The quality and cleanliness of all the products we received was wonderful. They called us to set up a drop off time the day before the rental and were able to leave all of the equipment in our condo before we arrived. Pick-up was easy and we didn't have to do anything. Payment was easy over the phone and every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful and professional. We are going back to Fort Myers Beach next week and have already made a reservation to rent from them again. I would HIGHLY recommend using Vacation Baby Rental. It is worth every penny and we could not be more satisfied with the service we received.

Enter Kurt Yunker, one of the sales associates at Exqusite Timepieces. I'm pretty sure he saw me looking like a kid in a candy store, eyes glazed over and locked onto the display cases searching for something I "needed". It didn't take long and he was opening cases and letting me try on whatever I asked for. It was a great experience. After some time I walked out with a couple of Seikos. An SPB265 Prospex Ice Diver and an SPB317 Slim Willard. That was the first trip. On a subsequent rain day we returned and met up with Kurt once again. This time leaving with an awesome Aqua Terra and a stunning Tudor Royal for the Mrs. I can highly recommend Exqusite for their large inventory, competitive pricing and especially Kurt as a very personable, patient and knowledgeable sales associate who never made us feel rushed or attempted to show us things we were not interested in. If anyone is in the market for a quality watch from a reputable AD- call text or email Kurt and he will make you a repeat customer. We will definately be back one day soon !

Buying experience is ok but the exchange is painful. As I was looking on the bill to find how or the return code, I saw there is $1.98 redo charge. After 12 emails did I find out the following: "No. The $1.98 is optional at checkout, it is not per item it is per order. And it's non refundable." Apparently I accidentally clicked it. The way their customer service operates, first ignored me; then worked like squeezing the toothpaste. Such wastes of time, on both sides.

We made appointments the day before which allows a 30 minute time frame for 2 people. My fiancé and I got a gold filled and a gold bracelet with 2 charms each. It ended up being about $350 for both its a bit pricey but we hope they will last a while. Sarah was the person who helped us with our bracelets, she was very friendly and professional! They provide instructions at the end on how to care for your jewelry and if it ever breaks off (within one year), you can bring it back and they will reconnect it at no charge, as long as it doesn't get lost of course. I loved how many different chain options they provided, from silver, gold filled, 14k gold, a lot of different charms were available as well that were also silver, gold filled and even some 14k gold charms. They also have so different accessories like earrings, and hair clips for purchase. A lot of parking available in the plaza and they have some restrooms in the building as well if needed with vending machines. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment before going because it's a small area and that way you have plenty of time to make a decision. I will definitely be back and bring some friends and family!

I love my Summie jewelry and I love the way Avyss made me feel while choosing it…read more I take quite a bit of time when picking jewelry because I am rather particular about how it feels against my skin, the color of it against my skin tone, and I am conscious about how I spend my money. When I decided I wanted a necklace, I told Avyss my thoughts on color and length. I worry that gold doesn't always look nice against my pale skin. She went over the different chains they have, let me feel the differences, and helped me decide on the length. I couldn't quite decide how fitted I wanted the necklace to be, so she put on two different clasps so I could change the length as I desired. (Honestly I would not have even considered this! I didn't realize this was an option, to customize my piece like that!) I love the necklace she created just for me. I wear it all the time and rarely notice the feeling of it against my skin. I love how beautiful it makes me feel when I see it in the mirror. Thanks for this piece! I can't wait to bring my friends along and add a new one to my collection.
