Because she deserves the best, I found Bella Florals about 5 years ago and have been ordering every year. And they always delivered... until this year. The dz roses they delivered were better than anywhere else, but not long-stem, no hydrangeas, no vase. So I was a little disappointed. But the owner called and said she'd make it right. And she did. Delivering exactly what we'd had in the past. Of course, my sweetheart was thrilled, and I was happy. Never once did the owner of Bella Florals mention that I had ordered the wrong item this year. It was my fault, not Bella's, but she let me have this one. The ONLY thing that mattered to her was that we were happy. That deserves my loyalty forever!

I had a beautiful experience with this flower shop overall, but unfortunately, I was disappointed…read morewith my wedding bouquet, which is why I can't give five stars. I reached out months ahead of my wedding to have my bouquet made and sent several inspirational photos so there would be a clear idea of what I was looking for. I specifically requested anemones and was reassured that it wouldn't be a problem. The bouquet I received was honestly beautiful, and I don't want to take away from the talent that went into creating it. However, when I picked it up the day before my wedding, there wasn't a single anemone in the bouquet. Since we were already on the road heading to our wedding venue, which was about three hours away, there simply wasn't time to have another bouquet made or try to make changes. Of course, I could have complained at the time, but with my wedding literally the next day, I had to just accept what I received and move forward. And while I loved the bouquet itself, it was still disappointing knowing that it wasn't what I had specifically requested for such an important and sentimental part of our wedding day. What bothered me most was the lack of attention to detail after having multiple emails back and forth and discussing exactly what I wanted months in advance. If a particular flower wasn't going to be available, I would have appreciated being told ahead of time so we could have discussed an alternative. Again, the bouquet was beautiful, and I'm grateful for the work that went into it. I just wish the final product had reflected the details we had discussed and the inspiration photos I provided. For something as meaningful as a wedding bouquet, those little details really matter. I've attached a photo of the bouquet I received. Beautiful, yes just unfortunately not the bouquet I had envisioned for my wedding day.
