I had flowers delivered to my niece, who was is in the hospital and was just getting home the day I called which was 1/25. I spoke to Suzanne and we decided on the right arrangement to send her and she was also so kind to help me with the message that was written on the card. I felt so comfortable with her knowledge of what I was looking for and that she was personally making the arrangement. My niece was so happy when she received the arrangement and she said they were absolutely gorgeous! She sent me a picture, and I certainly agreed. I would never use anyone else in the Naples area because I was so impressed with this florist and Suzanne. Low iq overpriced pathetic bad comms Ordered a DOZ roses. $120 dropped off. With Glass vase with rocks. It was pathetic looking. Square glass vase, rocks, 12 roses (which hardly opened before their impending death) that's it. No tiny white flower thins , no bow, no ribbon no f&$kin nothing ,,,,,,,,,glass, flowers, rocks, water. Never ever ever never again. She brought them home and when I saw them I was embarrassed that I had sent them to her job. Unbelievable. And to top it iff you get to throw them out a few days after when they got limp and die. Which is what you may receive from your spouse if you send these. My advice?! Pick some wild flowers off the side id the road, buy some Tenderloin, asparagus and mashed potatoes and a $2 candle. Throw that stuff on the grill while your wine is chilling in the fridge and have it ready when your wife walks in the door. Our parents are snow birds currently in Marco Island. We called from another state to order birthday flowers for my mom. The lady who answered was beyond nice. Friendly, listened. Just a great person to talk with. We ordered an arrangement and it was delivered promptly on time. My mom lost her mind. Took pictures and sent them to us. The arrangement was stunning and we felt that we received far more than typical value for our money. We won't hesitate to use them again. read more

I called in the afternoon and ordered an arrangement to be delivered the following morning. I did not ask for morning delivery, I was told it would be a morning delivery. The following afternoon around 2:30 EST I was talking to my friend who the flowers were to be delivered to and finally asked if she had received a delivery because she hasn't said anything ...... no. I called this florist...first I was told that the delivery person had attempted to deliver the flowers and no one was home that morning and he didn't want to leave them on the front porch but he had called the number I had given them and left a voicemail and had not heard back from anyone yet. Then I was told that they couldn't find the house. They read the address and had it wrong - even though when I called in the order they verified twice what the address was. So I said which is it, you attempted to delivery and couldn't or you couldn't find the house? Then some lady gets on the phone and gets all snotty and rude and I said I feel like I am being lied to. "Why would we lie to you? No one would lie to you. These things happen." She just kept saying "these things happen". I said what are you going to do for me? No offer of anything - just deliver them that afternoon --- late! Well, they were finally delivered, and not even within the half hour window promised (shocking). And guess what my friend was told ---- the flowers were delivered to the wrong house in the morning!! So yes, I was being lied to, and, btw, there was no voicemail on my friend's phone. Don't trust this company! Bad experience! Worse customer service! If you make a mistake, own it and make it right, that's how you get repeat customers! read more

If I could give 11 stars I would. Great service and Juan knew exactly what I was looking for (with his recommendation) to deliver a unique arrangement to my mom. This was the first time using 5th Ave Florist of Marco and the first time my mom wouldn't stop raving over the floral arrangement. Juan answered in the phone (after hours on a Saturday), took my order, delivered on Monday with me giving him the incorrect address (he must be Superman), and called me to let me know all good & delivered. Very thoughtful, kind, helpful, reliable, and I will definitely use 5th Ave Florist of Marco in the future. Do yourself a favor, save time and look no farther for a florist, they are the real deal. read more

My husband sent me flowers for Valentines Day. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! It took my breath away it was so beautiful. I have never seen roses that big , that beautiful before. He had them sent to my office and I got compliments all day long . The front office smelled so lovely from all the different , fragrant flowers . Thank you for doing such an amazing job . I live out of state and found 5th Ave through a Google search. The delivery driver had some trouble delivering to the home two days in a row (no fault of theirs). They re-designed the flowers and delivered after hours the third day for my Mother-in-law. Again, the confusion was no fault of theirs but they went out of their way to make sure the flowers were delivered. The flowers were fresh and beautiful! I will be using them again! read more

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called 15 florists in Naples, FL around 2pm on Valentine's Day and this was the only florist that was able to deliver a bouquet that same day - and before 5pm! I spoke with Carmen and she was super helpful. She described the bouquet in detail on the phone and she patiently transcribed a personalized note to the recipient. I couldn't have asked for better service! They deserve much more business! read more
