Wow, I online ordered 3 dozen long stem roses for VD and I was blown away by not only by the presentation and quality of these amazing flowers, but mostly by the service and care. I decided to pick them up as was worried they would be jammed for the holiday and delivery time would be bad. However, to my surprise, I got a call from the shop the day before VD and they told me it was highly recommended they be delivered since the arrangement was big and delicate. They went on to schedule the delivery and do it complementary since I was struggling to find my CC. You don't get service like this almost anywhere these days. They really cared and took the initiative to call me without even asking. I was so very impressed, they have a lifetime customer after this! BTW, Kiki was completely blown out of the water by the arrangement, she actually began to cry the flowers were so gorgeous just like her. read more

We chatted with him over the phone and sent him some pictures along the lines of what we were thinking, and he completely understood our vision! He was also very flexible and accommodating when our order changed, and the prices are so reasonable. I would definitely choose Kevin again for any of my floral needs in Naples!! read more

A family member passed away in Florida and I wanted to avoid using the common 800 flower stores to ship from Chicago. The reviews are never good and Quality is important to me. So, I started my search for a local shop in Naples Florida and came across Botanicals On The Gulf. The arrangement I ordered was fair in price and the arrangement received was what was shown online. I have zero complaints, from the ordering process to the delivery process, it was seamless. I am happy that I now have a go to flower shop in Florida as we have many family members that live there. read more

If you are looking for AMAZING, GOREGEOUS flowers, please use Botanicals On The Gulf!!! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, our wedding needed to come together MUCH faster than we originally planned. It was a long shot to ask for a bridal bouquet, 2 corsages and 2 Boutonnières in a few days and ready on a Monday, to boot! When I called, Heather was EXTREMELY accommodating! She put me on the phone with floral designer, Kelly, and after a few minutes into the call, I knew I was in very capable hands! Heather, without hesitation, offered to come in on a Monday, so that the flowers could be picked up. WOW!!! When I saw the flowers later that day, they were absolutely STUNNING!!!! I, along, with others were completely blown away by how insanely stunning they were!!! read more

I made an online order at 9pm for 2 days away, by the time I got checkout I changed my mind and wanted next-day delivery. I wasn't able to go back and change my delivery date so I put my request in the delivery notes section, only half expecting it to be a possibility. I was shocked when my sister called to thank me for the gorgeous flowers at 8:30 the next morning!! She was thrilled with the arrangement and I was thrilled with service and pricing - thank you! read more

Stopped in for an impromptu bouquet. Friendly & fast, and a beautiful arrangement. I would have given 5-stars if all of the staff was wearing masks but, unfortunately, that's not required in FL. read more

Botanicals On The Gulf - Budget given was $60, came out to $58. - Florists Near Me - Naples, Florida

Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday online, based on good reviews on Yelp. Website was easy to navigate and to find an arrangement that we liked. Delivery was made first thing in the morning, which was great. She was very happy with it (she owned a florist of her own for years) and from the looks of it, it was very similar to what we had picked out. Flowers were fresh. Design was nice. My only thought was that it was a little pricey for what we got. read more

I received an orchid from my sister in California after a car accident this week. The only thing worse than my injuries were the thought that my sister paid for this poor excuse of an orchid. I could have gone to Publix or any local store and purchased a much better plant. It has one bloom on it with the potential of maybe three more. Whatever she paid was too much... thankfully it is the thought that counts. You expect when you go to an online florist that there would be pride in delivering a good product. I live in Naples and will avoid this Florist. read more

I am very discriminating when it comes to flower quality and arrangements. My previous experience with other Florist's in Naples has been disappointing. Kevin has succeeded where others have failed. His arrangement was stunning, and the three variety of roses magnificent. Thank you Kevin, for restoring my faith in your craft . George A read more

My wife and I live in Ohio and needed to send a floral arrangement to a family friend in Naples, Florida. After a bit of searching on line we settled on Botanical's on the Gulf. When a friend's brother died, I wanted to send her an arrangement that was beautiful but didn't necessarily feel like "funeral flowers." I live in Texas, but wanted to go with a local florist. I asked Kevin for a white bouquet, gave him a price range, and told him they could use their artistic judgement. Well, they knocked it out of the park! The arrangement is just perfect. My friend was overwhelmed with how beautiful it is. Thanks so much for helping bring a little joy to a very sweet person going through a really hard time. read more

Check out the most incredible Sympathy arrangement of tropicals that a Botanicals on the Gulf designer put together for our company. I gave the designer free range and didn't want a standard FTD suggestion of white on white. They had some time so were able to order special flowers. The detail and work that went into this is amazing--like nothing I have seen before. Thank you so much. I hope it brought some smiles to a very sad day for the family. read more

Being from Texas, I had to search online for a reputable florist in the Naples area. I stumbled across Botanicals on the Gulf through a Google search. The reviews seemed positive and their website was easy to navigate so I decided to give them a call. Kevin, the owner, answered the phone promptly at 8:00 am (FL time) and answered all the questions I had about a sympathy arrangement I found online. While they didn't have some of the flowers pictured, he did let me know what replacements were available. I described what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I also needed same day delivery. Kevin was patient, said no problem, took my CC information and thanked me for the call. At 10:24 am, I received a message from a family member that the flowers were delivered and that they were beautiful. In a time of grief, it is a blessing to be able to rely on florists to provide what you request and do it in a timely manner. Kevin and his team made sure of this and deserve props. Thank you for helping us deliver this sentiment to our loved ones in a time of need. read more

Kevin created the most beautiful arrangement for my wedding. I was new to the area and carefully researched florists. The arrangement was exactly what I dreamed of! Beautiful, ethereal, natural....the feel of an English cottage garden. He listened carefully and was open to feedback.
