Everything was just perfect about the order I placed to be delivered to my friend in Naples. Nice informative web-site. Easy after hours online ordering. Beautiful Designer's Choice orchid plant delivered-just what I wanted. I ordered from my computer in MN for my friend and she had the plant by afternoon the next day. An absolutely beautiful plant was delivered and it exceeded my expectations. I only saw pictures...l didn't get to go to Naples but my adult children did! What's wrong with this picture? Great job Jardin! read more

Elaine, I did try to get my issue resolved directly with you and you basically weren't open to what I saw and sent you re the brown flowers which could not be fixed by taking off petals. I seldom post negative reviews but in this case I felt you blew me off. I and my husband have bought many arrangements over the years and as a returning customer that made it worse for me. read more

My Flowers were amazing on my wedding day! The flowers were not only delivered on time but they also setup the table arrangements , which I totally flaked on asking someone to handle! Prior to the event I spoke over the phone with Elaine about what I envisioned on my 'big day' and then she followed up with some comps via email and the photos she send were perfect, just what I had envisioned from the start! Working with Jardin Floral was easy and not stressful at all. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a florist that is easy to work with, flexible on changes or additions, and produce gorgeous flower creations. Added bonus is that they are also affordable and not over priced! read more

My mom just received the flowers that my siblings and I ordered for her for Christmas. She's tough to please and sometimes actually rearranges floral arrangements. Her flowers from Jardin were simply gorgeous and EXACTLY like the photo online. I thought that during the hectic days of a Covid Christmas, maybe the quality might slip. Nope. Not at all. My mother actually cried, they were that beautiful. Stinks that we can't be with my parents this Christmas, but at least we got my mom some amazing flowers. I would absolutely order from here again. read more

Look no more! Without a doubt this is the most wonderful florist in Naples area! I phoned Elaine just before Mother's Day to ask her if there was any way she could prepare a bridal bouquet, cake topper, and 2 table arrangements for the following Saturday. She said YES and delivered the most exquisite flowers to our home and La Playa for our legal ceremony prior to our wedding in France. We have a home in Naples and NYC and have a fabulous florist in NY but struggled in Naples and WoW! The guests were in awe. We all could not stop staring at them at dinner!! And my bouquet was amazing! I told her which I liked on the website and she combined the colors for an incredible bouquet! read more

Jardin Floral Design is the BEST!!! I live in Atlanta. I ordered an arrangement for my boyfriend's mother for him last year. She was amazed and called me to inquire who REALLY ordered the flowers (being a lady, I said nothing...LOL!). Today Jardin Floral Design knocked it out the park, again. Late placing his order, he went with the designer's choice. I called to wish her happy birthday, and she sounded so merry!! Her husband not knowing she received flowers came home, and asked, "what is that smell; it smells lovely in here." A testament to Jardin 's works are beautiful, FRESH and artistic. Thank you....Thank you for making Ann a happy woman today. read more

I had Mother's Day flowers delivered early since my mom will be travelling on Mother's Day and just received a text that "the whole arrangement is stunning". She texted me a pic and I agree, Jardin has just become my Florida florist. I live in Chicago and I was searching on-line for flowers to be delivered to my mom in Florida for mother's day and wasn't satisfied with the ftd flower bouquets. I wanted unique flowers and I wanted to know which flower shop would be delivering the flowers. Luckily I came across Jardin Floral's website. It looks like they are mostly event driven flowers, but they have a nice curated selection of arrangements for delivery in the Ft Myers area. I filled out the on-line ordering form incorrectly so I ended up exchanging a few emails with the owner who is so nice.... I'm sure if you had a specific request for flowers she would work with you. read more

I have purchased several floral arrangements, as well as various gifts/garden items from Jardin and could not be more pleased. Several months back, I received a beautiful bouquet from my children while I was in the Cape Coral area. The bouquet was one of the most beautiful arrangements that I have ever received. I most definitely would recommend Jardin Floral Design to anyone needing flowers for any occasion! I happened to call them to compliment them on the arrangement and their customer service was very friendly and pleasant! read more

I honestly don't have enough good things to say about Elaine and Jardin Flowers!! They helped me put together several arrangements for a birthday party. They were able to accommodate my budget and created STUNNING centerpieces. I gave Elaine the color pallet I was working with and she took it from there. I received so many compliments on the uniqueness and quality of the arrangements. They also arranged drop off which was such a huge help. Thank you again Jardin Flowers for doing such a wonderful job!! read more

I sent my mom flowers and Jardin did a fantastic job. I selected "designer's choice" and so it really was left up to them. My mom said they are the prettiest she has ever received (and I have sent her lots of flowers through the years). My mom wasn't there when they tried to deliver and they called and were so courteous she said. I have found my "go to" florist. read more

I live in California and have never ordered flowers out of state before. I decided to place an order with Jardin Flower Designs for my friend's 50th birthday. The process was so simple! I just received the most beautifully potted orchid from Jardin-hands down, the loveliest presentation I've seen for what has become, a genus favorite for my lanai. This orchid however, is just too special to put outdoors. With its stylish, square glass container, attractive lava rock orchid medium and mammoth flower stalk height, it's certainly going to find a home in our great room so that I can enjoy its beauty on a daily basis! A creative florist is hard to come by so I'll be keeping this resource close at hand. Thank you, Jardin and BTW, kudos on your terrific company branding. The card and care insert that were so daintily clipped to my plant via miniature wooden clothes pin did not go unnoticed;) Great job!!! read more
