The shop is actually very nice and they have a great variety of items, but unfortunately, my experience was completely ruined by terrible customer service. I came in to buy some shells and politely asked the clerk if she could wrap them in a little extra bubble wrap since we were heading on a trip to Las Vegas and needed to protect them. Her response was rude and dismissive, flat out refusing. The bubble wrap was sitting right in front of her, which made her attitude even more incomprehensible. These are delicate and expensive items, and such a complete lack of willingness to help leaves a very bad impression. I would love to recommend them based on their selection, but the service needs a major improvement. read more

Walked in and loved the place... sadly that quickly ended when the manager was so so rude to me and my family. Gave me attitude for asking questions and while I was cashing out threw my shells on the counter. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. She really should not be representing this company. When I asked her not to throw the fragile shells she proceeded to take the bag and refused to sell them to me... the lady is not stable and this needs to be addressed read more

Very cute souvenir shop, with a bit of everything. Nice ambiance and great customer service. If you love shell related things, they have a wide variety of home decor, various prices. I got a nice quality apron here as a gift for my mom in law. You can also pay here for a stand next by that has on sale other souvenirs and artwork created by local artists. Walked into what at first looked like an interesting store. 2 minutes into my visit, a female worker sternly told me to put a small wooden pelican down because it hadn't been inventoried. The item was right on the sales floor. So very rude. In a city where most stores and sales people are lovely and friendly, avoid this one at all costs. So rude. read more

Having one of those kismet days...ya know when your day is magical and you meet interesting people and have good conversation. Well today I met Susan the owner of Kelly's shell Shack. She really loves what she does and that's selling and collecting beautiful and rare shells. Stopped in to by my friends some quirky souvenirs and ended up learning all about specialty shells and admiring nature's most beautiful artifacts via Susan's knowledge and 30 plus years in the business of shells. She even gave me some wise advice about life in the process..."do what you love so you never feel like you work a day in your life". Thanks Susan! Also picked up little funny shell souvenirs and a couple beautiful free shells that are in a basket for every customer that stops by. Really sweet gesture and so fun for kids. Definitely a must stop! read more

This is hands down the BEST shop to procure shells of any variation at a reasonable price. The displays are magical, it's a feast for the eyes and imagination. There's jewelry, trinkets, windchimes, and shells, shells, shells! So much to look at and enjoy. The shop keep is a treasure, too. She's very personable and knows her stuff! I would highly recommend you make a visit to this shop a priority when visiting Naples. I wasn't really looking for shells but they had some nice stuff, I found a few great finds and their prices are reasonable. This is a fabulous shop filled with beautiful shells and fun souvenirs. The people are really great and super friendly. We make sure to go there at least once each season.
