We met Sophia and she took really good care of us, recommending different shoes for based on the computer model that scanned our feet. What impressed us most was her taking the time to make sure we got in the right shoe and we were comfortable with it. My wife tried on about four pairs and I tried on three before we finally bought our shoes. I can't say enough good things about Sophia and the way she took care of us. From our perspective it was one of the best customer service experiences we've had so far in Florida and I would recommend anybody looking for a shoe to stop in and talk with these knowledgeable people -- guarantee they will get you the right ride for your feet! Both my wife and I found out that our shoe sizes have changed over the years! And since the system is tied into the store inventory so the very experienced and well trained store employees can quickly make recommendations. Even if you're not currently shopping for sneakers, stop in to get your foot measured and to see if you have any special foot support needs that they can help you treat with the correct footwear for your needs and size. Plus - a business that posts like the attacked on their FB page deserves to be checked out and supported.
