Now I will say that as I was talking to the person who was on shift, she left me mid sentence to talk to a 'regular shopper' I'm assuming and I thought that was quite rude so I left. The prices, cramped space and small dressing room doesn't make me want to go back.

Last week I bought an item for $166.00. The next day a few doors down I saw the same exact shirt for $108.00 since I had the receipt in my purse I went back to Katheryn's . Katheryn was out of sight but I heard say "tell her to bring it back and go buy it there". I returned the next day with the shirt and asked to talk to Katheryn ,I was curious why she would want to lose a customer and be so offensive & This time they said "she's in a meeting. I have realized that Katheryn obviously doesn't want a customer who cares about $56.00, even though I was willing to buy the shirt in the first place and have purchased numerous things in her store. I do not price compare I am happy to find what I like and buy it, however this was such a blatant discrepancy, I thought there's a mistake somewhere, never dreaming Katheryn would make her clothes up to that degree, clearly I was wrong. A person who cares about $56.00 is not the customer she wants to cultivate, or even respects enough to respond in person. Her message was loud and clear! Thankfully there are many lovely stores in Naples that won't send this message.

Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .
