It's always a pleasure to stop by, browse the stores and enjoy the beautiful water feature they have. My spouse would vote for Tesla and Barnes & Noble as being the best for shopping. The area has many restaurants and the mall is very quiet and peaceful. On a great SECURITY issue here last night....Living here for nearly 8 years and like the shops and restaurants and sometimes walking around with friends after dinner. But let me give you a shout out for a security person there who was extremely helpful in retrieving my wife's earring that fell into one of the waterways last night at about 8:30. We had been walking around the plaza as we always like doing after dining there and I saw a security person (John-badge #218) I asked if there was a number I can call tomorrow to help get my wife's earring that fell and landed on the step below in the water. He said he might be able to help and within two minutes, he leaned over the railing and reached down and saved the day or should I say night...he was able to retrieve the earring but got both sneakers soaked. Want all to know not only is this a beautiful plaza to shop, dine and walk around at anytime but a fellow who went out of his way to be kind and willing to get his sneakers soaked to be helpful. Waterside Shops are a collection of high end stores beautiful arranged with bridges and walkways intertwined with fountains, trees and mini water fountains. The best part of this shopping center is their open-air design with tons of sitting area with benches and tables. The two anchor stores are Nordstrom and Sak's 5th Avenue. Not to mention, Luis Vuitton, Gucci, Tiffany, Michael Kors, Tourneau, De Beers and many others but they have some restaurants like True Food, Brio's and Bricktop's. There is even a Starbucks for coffee! One bad news, the Apple Store is closed for renovation and will reopen soon! During the holiday season, they are known for festive decoration. This is an extremely upscale mall in toney Naples, an area known for its wealthy residents. The mall is open air with fountains and modern architecture. It's anchored by Saks and Nordstroms. There are a number of eateries -- Hagen Dazs ice cream and a Starbucks plus Bricktops, California Pizza Kitchen, Brio, et al. Mainly it's branches of upscale stores like Luis Vuitton, Gucci, Vince, and the like plus high end jewelry stores and a few "regular" mall type stores like Black and White, Banana Republic, Chico's, etc. Visiting mid week in September, most stores were fairly empty of customers. The ones I went into all had great sales going on. And the staff everywhere was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. A few of the stores were small -- or at least seemed to have less inventory than their usual counterparts, but this may just be a result of the time of year. Naples is a very seasonally affected resort area. If you are in the area, you might want to go "off season" and take advantage of the sales. You'll get some decent bargains and terrific personal service. read more

Beautiful outdoor shopping center. For an outdoor shopping center, this one is one of my favorites. There is a great selection of upscale shops and restaurants with some great hidden nooks to relax. As I walked from store to store, most of the center has overhangs to create shade to block the sun and rain. As I approached Saks, I discovered a hidden nook with sofas, club chairs, planters and tables. It felt like someones home and the people seated looked very comfortable deep in conversation. I used to be a New Yorker, so it was especially enjoyable to come here in the winter and walk around this beautiful open air mall. I now live in California, but when I go to Naples to visit I like coming here to window shop. The mall is so peaceful and beautiful. The shops are high end, so I mostly do window shopping, but I have purchased a few items here in the past and the customer service experience was always positive. There are many great luxury and generally upscale shops here. We mainly came here to eat at the California Pizza Kitchen (which was delicious), but I had to take a stroll around afterwards and see how the other 1% shops. read more

I had gone to Soma in Estero, and was measured for a bra. I have shopped with Soma for over 10 years. Love their bra's! I was wearing a 36 DD until I lost 10 lbs. I did not think it made that big of a difference, however the girl who measured me told me I was now a 32 B! Seemed odd, but I purchased one bra. Wore it once and it was very uncomfortable, so I called the Soma in Waterside Shops near my office and was told by a manager named EMILY to bring in it and she would make it right. A week later I went to waterside, where I normally shop and she looked at me, (very funny) and said Girl, you are NO B cup! We laughed. She measured me and I was a 34 D, more like what I thought. She and Rita were wonderful and helpful, and I bought 3 bras for not a lot more than the wrong one I purchased at Coconut Pointe. Big difference when your sales people know what they are doing!!!!! The shops are very nice here and clean. My only issue is covid regulations have lifted and some of the stores are still making people stand in lines. I feel now it's a control thing. When i went to LV they basically told me they were just continuing to do so they can spend more time with guest. So basically they are using this to control people. By the time i got in i was aggravated at the situation and what i was gonna buy i decided not to get cause of me waiting and the whole process which i will write a review on the store. This is absolutely one of the most beautiful outdoor malls that I have ever seen. It also probably houses the most expensive array of shops in one location that I have ever seen, too. These are all high-end designer stores, impeccably maintained and presented. The walkways between the stores are easy to navigate, aesthetically pleasing, shaded, nicely marked with directional signs -- and positively stunning to the eye. My wallet, however, would not have survived the intense hit had I decided to indulge in any of the offerings here, even at locations where there was a "sale" going on. Waterside shops is a real nice shopping mall/center in the heart of Naples. This is small, clean, class and for any reason every time I'm visiting this place it's always sunny so adding a lot of charm. They have an excellent cooking shop with a lot of European ingredients and food. A bit expensive but you can find Jamon de Iberico and also some herbs from my region: Provence. They have a lot of nice luxury shops. You can find Chanel shoes and Tory Burch clothes to offer. They have also a Starbucks and two nice places to take a drink. From the fabulous stores to the overall decor, you feel like you have entered a shopper's paradise! So let's start with the meat of the subject -- the shops! With brands ranging from your super high end (Tory Burch, Tiffany, Gucci, & Louis Vuitton) to your trendy favorites (Anthropologie, Free People, Michael Kors, & Vineyard Vines) most of the shopping here is not for the faint of heart or wallet. However, if your purchasing power is a bit more limited, all is not lost, with shops such as the Gap, Banana Republic, J Crew, and Ann Taylor there to keep your shopping buzz going. On may 3rd 2021 I walked in sax fifth avenue with my 1 year old son and waited over 30 minutes for employee assistance. I am a young African American male, not that it should matter but I can't help but feel neglected from my appearance. I was holding a shoe watching employees walk past me until I was overwhelmed with anger.I was prepared to spend thousands at this store today with Mother's Day being around the corner. I will never do business with Saks fifth avenue at waterside shops again and tell everyone how badly I was treated. Stay away from this store! read more

Eye candy. Meandering lanes of shops with interesting window displays. The French nailed it when they called window shopping, Leche Vitrine. Literally, lick the windows. One has to drool over Tiffany's jewels and Hermes' silk and leathers, while casually elegant shoppers wander in and out of the stores. Aquamarine hued water features are focal points, with their glass columns of night lights seemingly auditioning for the Naples Museum of Art & Philharmonic a block away. Waterside retailers put a lot of thought into staff here so that each store has a complete look and feel for what it's selling. Apple is upbeat, young, and likely to have a few dreds mixed in with Jobs' literati. Norstrom's cosmetic ladies are Hollywood ready and almost intimidating with a sprtiz or product brush at the ready. I'll let you know what the Williams & Sonoma people are like if I ever get unglued from their sale tables.. read more

I took the day off at work today so me and my sister decided to drive all the way up to Naples and spend the whole day at the beach we had fun then around 2:30 PM we left the beach and decided to go shopping we went to waterside shops not to far from the hotel and I gotta say that this mall is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious they have all the high end stores I like like Tory burch Pottery Barn,L'occitane,Swarovski,Talbots ,Louis Vuitton,Anne Fontaine and much more I love the customer service at Nordstrom very friendly and love that they have a Brio at the mall I will come back to this place when I go back to Naples read more

There's something very special about Waterside Shops around this time of year: The warm glow of the tastefully clad lights, the Christmas music that puts a pep in your step in that rare window of December when your idyllic thoughts of everything Christmas are still not jaded by the scrooges of consumerism..... With a certain financial stigma of Waterside Shops, this is the time of year when the visual and smell sensors go into wackadoodle mode and you buy, buy, buy. Oh sure, you just spent a few thousand dollars in one place like Burberry, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, or Louis Vuitton, but you know you did it because Waterside Shops had the most beautifully enticing storefronts that just invite you in like it's your house. I'm prefacing my review in this fashion because there's a certain innate enjoyment of Waterside Shops in its aesthetics, even if you are not one to buy anything Ferragamo or Cartier. The walkways are not the most functional, so if you go into Shopzilla mode, it may take a little time to cover more ground. Everything is on the bias, and there may be a beautiful fountain, or an Anthropologie that may detract you from the gauntlet of spending. There's a certain quaintness and unassuming quality that makes shopping a beautiful experience for all. So, grab yourself a chestnut praline latte at Starbucks, sit at a table under an umbrella, and valet your car because parking's at a premium or people are the worst parkers in the whole world. Still 5 stars people. It's the most wonderful time of the year. My future mother-in-law took me to Waterside Shops, and I was wowed. It's an upscale, pricey outdoor shopping mall with relaxing aesthetics. There are fountains literally everywhere you go, and it's not overcrowded like the outlet malls. Moreover, the ground is paved with ceramic tiles, giving the place a very clean look! Most of the shops here are pretty high end, but there are also stores for the everyday person to shop at like Nordstrom, Loft, White House Black Market, Ann Taylor and Chico's. Most of the shops have pretty good service, but I guess that's what you'd expect at a shopping mall like this! read more

This outdoor mall is gorgeous, it's classy, sophisticated and every detail is taken care of. All of the shops are perfect and most of them pricey but even just to walk around its just so nice! My only complaint is they need more restaurants. I live CPK, Brio, & Bricktop but they need like 1-2 more!!! Gimme more please also a spa would be nice.... Really pretty shopping center, a few normal, then mostly super upscale shops, Enjoyable restaurants. Fun to just walk around, not fun to park. The hours of operation are the major drawback. Closing the shops at 7:00 pm is ridiculous, especially in season. All these people walking around while they are on a wait for tables, or just to see how beautiful the area is at night with the lights & the fountains...and no shopping to be had.
