One of my favorite places to go shopping! Plenty of great upscale stores, a few middle of the road stores sprinkled in, and even speciatly stores (e.g., J.Crew by the Beach). Even if you don't have dough to blow, this is a great place to walk around and window shop (lots of diamonds!) or even cool off by the glass-tiled fountain. Highly recommended. read more

I just picked up some lunch to bring back to the office. I got the teriyaki bowl. Fresh and delicious. One drawback is that utensils were not in the bag. Even if you can't afford it, deffinetly check it out. There has been major addition to the shops with the new garage and other retailers. Absolutely a beautiful place. Was fun to walk around and for us to stop and see. It is super clean and has several high end stores. Like much of Naples though the people are not friendly at all! My kids (all teens to 23) couldn't wait to leave. Said even if the could afford they wouldn't shop there! Too high end for Main Street America! read more

Waterside is very hard to navigate- it's design is not intuitive and I have been on dozens of occasions. You also have to be very careful as I have nearly been hit by cars on several different occasions- cars typically come careening over a curve with a driver who may have a devil may care attitude as he or she drives their backup Bentley. The parking is mush worse in season, and the valet has slowly swallowed up most of the parking spaces. That being said, I did not realize that the valet in front of Brio is a valet for all of waterside, not just the restaurant, so consider using the complimentary valet even if you are not dining at brio. Waterside also offers one of the only Apple stores in Naples, and a brooks brothers store that I highly recommend. Waterside, for a very high end tourist, is a great way to shop around for an afternoon. read more

It's a very nice and expensive shops. I think the sales people make commission because they pressure you to buy and go through extremes to follow and not let you really think about what you might want or afford. Personally, I like to left alone, not bugged. Some shops I would of bought but was so pested it drove me out. Come people, how am I doing every few minutes makes me crazy. Let people shop!!!! I am sure that turns people away. This one lady just kept up with one purse after another until I just could not take it. read more

The Waterside Shops are a collection of higher end shops arranged in a lattice of bridges and walkways intertwined with palm trees, fountains, and mini waterfalls. It's Naples' version of an outdoor mall with all the fixin's! There's the decadent Sak's 5th Avenue where you can find your new Christian Louboutin shoes and that Chanel bag you've been eyeing your entire life... and designer brick and mortars ranging from Louis Vuitton and Gucci to Michael Kors and Ralph Lauren. I love going to the Lululemon - a store I think belongs in every shopping center worldwide - as well as L'occitane. They have a teavana (which you don't see often anymore), and an Apple store too. Waterside shops are a place where you can get the finer things from stores like anthropology and Kate spade, you know? If you're looking to spend a bit more than you'd spend on a regular shopping day at the mall, definitely check out Waterside Shops. read more

I have to say I liked the Waterside Shops before the huge renovations, but the newly expanded version works too! Waterside has upped the ante by adding Hermes, Tiffany's and Gucci to a host other high scale retailers. Plans for an expanded Saks and a new Nordstrom are also in the works. If the designer stores aren't for you- rest assured, you'll find a J.Crew, Anthropologie, Gap, Calypso (ok, a bit on the high end for this list), Anne Taylor and more. The restaurants- CPK, Bricktops, Silver Spoon and Brio are also a great way to spend your night after a long day of shopping at Waterside. read more

This review is about Anne Taylor in Waterside, not the Waterwide Shops which I love. I have never seen such disrespectful or inept sales women as in the Anne Taylor shop at Waterrside. I walked into the store on a Sunday afternoon. The store was completely empty yet none of the 3 sales women even said "hello" or "may I help you." They were too busy talking loudly about their date on the previous evening. I wandered around the store, picked out an item and went to pay for my item. One of the three sales women finally acknowledged me and said, "it's been a slow day." Really, what kind of an excuse that lack for a total lack of customer service and respect?? the other 2 sales women kept talking in a loud voice about the "date". Anne Taylor needs better management or training of their sales force or they will continue to be the "poor sister" to the other fantastic shoes at Waterside, I will not go to this Anne Taylor again. read more

Beautiful, upscale, clean, outdoor mall right near the beach. A great example of Florida shopping and living. Do not go here looking for a sale though. Oh yes, expect to pay the price for your LV bag or Cartier bracelet! There is always a calm vibe here and great customer service in each store you walk into. There are a few restaurants and ice cream shops to choose from. They also hold outdoor live musical events. This place is just as beautiful at night! read more

Don't think twice, just go! It's so nice even if you don't plan on buying anything. Just strolling around is great. It's better than Bal Harbour in Miami to me because people are just super down to earth so you can actually enjoy a stroll listening to the waterfalls and looking around the beautiful stores, while being surrounded by palm trees. No stress whatsoever. For good food, Id say Brio. Most of the time it's pretty good for a franchise. read more

One of my favorite places in Naples. It is a great place to shop. My husband and I come at least 3 or 4 times a week just to walk around. The mall sides are open to the outside but most of it has a ceiling with ceiling fans providing a cool walk. The water fountains are beautiful. Music is nice. And the Christmas decorations are my favorite in Naples. A walk around the mall is not complete without a stop at Haggen Dazs. read more

This mall is an outdoor mall with mostly high-end shops. From Tiffany to Nordstrom to the Apple Store, this center has something fun for everyone. There are also several fun restaurants and great places to grab a drink. People watching is at a premium here is there is rarely a shortage of beautiful people. One of the real perks of this mall is the free valet parking service offered outside near Nordstrom's. Certainly when parking is at a premium, be sure to take advantage of this valet service. Don't forget to tip a few bucks to the young kid running to get your car even when it's raining. read more

One of "the" places to shop in Naples, without a doubt. Other reviewers hit the nail on the head re: the high end retailers, but I will add that I appreciate valet parking (near Brio and Bricktops restaurants). Beautiful ambience, and a fun place to browse with visitors. If you plan to buy, my experience is that service is very good (Saks, Soma, Williams Sonoma, and Anthropologie stand out in my mind....). Fun place to spend an afternoon or early evening. Be aware that stores close on the early side! read more

Yes, this is very high end shopping center when you've got Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom as your department stores. But it made for great window shopping. From Kate Spade to Coach and Gucci to Lacoste, this place has it all for designer shops. Thankfully there was a Gap and Banana Republic; otherwise I wouldn't have bought anything! They do have a cute baby clothes shop, but nothing compared to outlet prices. It's also very beautiful with all the water in the middle, which if you throw your coins in...all goes to charity. read more

Really enjoy eating at BrickTops's and the Palm Beach restaurant was a great experience. Wonderful setting and staff and the food is so delicious. My daughter loved her steak, I ordered the meatloaf for the first time and it was soft with a great sauce and delicious, my wife had the hamburger which is always a delight. We also enjoy their seafood and the french fries are the best. BrickTops's never disappoints! read more

This is an upscale outdoor shopping area with a Nordstrom, Saks 5th Avenue, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci, Burberry, L'Occitane, Omega, Tiffany & Co, Swarovski, and many other high-end shops. The feel of the mall is great and clean and fresh and is a delight to walk through it. The is a large Barnes and Noble detached in the same parking lot, so if you are shopping he can browse and read at Barnes&Noble (you'll thank me later for this tip, LOL). If you visit Naples, be sure to visit three shopping areas: Waterside Shops, The Mercato, and 5th Avenue SOUTH in the heart of Naples (I capitalized South because oddly enough the Avenues in Naples are North and South of Central Avenue with same numbers, so there is a 5th Ave N and an 5th Ave S. Enjoy the sun and the shopping. read more
