There was an interesting art store I looked at. The food court has Chick Fil a, Panda Express, Sbarro, etc. Employees were friendly overall. The value comes in the history for me. Parking was plentiful. I feel like the stores are pretty average priced for nowadays. The selection and variety could improve. They do probably have what you would need here.

Another nice area is where they sell freshly made "Dole whips". The stores are filled with mostly clothing. A lot of it is beachfront and easy, breezy clothing. There is one store with nicer dresses, purses and jewelry for the ladies. You can get an i expensive t-shirt or a pricey dress at Tin City. There are some nice souvenir stores as well. Employees were pretty laid back. They were not overly eager to make the sale. Parking is a little crowded depending what time of day you get there.

Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .

After buying an expensive fragrance, it's nice to see the clerk wrap it carefully, so you can get it home without breaking it. The one and only time I ordered a fragrance online, it was half empty due to a leak, by the time it was delivered. Macy is always a fun place to shop and even more so during the Holidays. They offer some amazing deals and their gift sets of fragrance and makeup are an annual treat. They have friendly sales staff and it's easy to spend time there, looking for something special to keep or give as a gift. The store is in a good location and parking is super easy. A couple of employees said hi as I walked by and I had a chat with one of the staff doing inventory in the handbags department. It's great seeing employees who enjoy their job. I spent time browsing and having fun, something my spouse doesn't understand when shopping. They have an amazing collection of shoes, with top designer names, Tom Ford fragrance which is hard to find and a variety of clothes from the best designers. Saks is an impressive choice when looking for gifts or something to take home. The sales make things more affordable and it's always nice to shop a top quality store.

Most recently, I purchased 3 items online and was hoping to exchange one of them for a different size. I wrote an email to their in-store concierge, only after trying to call the Naples store for 2 days, not getting anyone to pickup most times, and having one pickup just hang up without notice. I was just trying to see if they could tell me if they carried the item and would enable an exchange in the store. Never heard back from the concierge either. Perhaps this is why Saks is failing? I keep hearing that stores cannot staff sufficiently and that is why things have changed, yet in the Naples store I see quite a few sales people just standing around, so maybe they just don't know how to recruit and train staff well. And I find other stores have great staff who are happy to work with customers, while they are shopping or looking to shop in store. I am saddened by this most recent incident as it is probably going to lead to another former great store being gone from the landscape in Naples.
