Very disappointing experience yesterday. This mall is no longer family-friendly. We visited with…read moreour child, who was simply playing and making normal noise like any kid would in a public place. He wasn't damaging anything or bothering anyone -- just being a child. Instead of handling the situation with basic understanding, mall security immediately escalated things in a very hostile way, treating us as if we had done something serious. The most shocking part was that they involved the police over something as simple as a child playing. The entire experience was humiliating and intimidating for our family. We were even warned that we could be removed from the mall and potentially face a ban for up to one year. That is extremely excessive for normal child behavior. A shopping mall should be welcoming to families, not a place where parents feel targeted and uncomfortable. No one should have to worry about security or police being called because their child laughed, played, or made noise. If you have kids, think twice before coming here. This place clearly does not want families anymore.

Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .

After buying an expensive fragrance, it's nice to see the clerk wrap it carefully, so you can get it home without breaking it. The one and only time I ordered a fragrance online, it was half empty due to a leak, by the time it was delivered. Macy is always a fun place to shop and even more so during the Holidays. They offer some amazing deals and their gift sets of fragrance and makeup are an annual treat. They have friendly sales staff and it's easy to spend time there, looking for something special to keep or give as a gift. The store is in a good location and parking is super easy. Wishing Macys the best in the New Year, the discounted shopping stores can't compare with Macys quality and value.
