They always had excellent sales on shoes as well...I remember once scoring a $650 pair of Oscar de la Renta heels for a little over $100! As a young teenager I used to love coming to look at the evening gowns and dreaming about wearing one! I wanted nothing more than to try on every single one and sashay around the store! I've never had a problem with customer service...they've always been pretty welcoming and helpful. They were always very attentive to what specifically you were looking for and trying to help in the best way possible. Oh, and I'm not sure if they still do this, but whenever you'd buy something they'd send you a personalized note in the mail. I always thought it was a really nice touch...they'd remember my name (which I'm sure is in a database, but whatever), and things we talked about like school/work or my home life back in Ohio. One was sort of like this: "Hi Jackie! Thanks for coming in to Marissa Collections recently, and I hope you're loving your Valentino clutch! Hope you enjoyed your vacation in Naples, and good luck at OSU this semester! It was nice talking to you! I mean, there are very exclusive brands sold here. They have very fancy dresses, shoes, the works. They have more down to earth pieces as well. The staff was all over us offering help, assistance, recommendations, etc. This always irks me, no matter what store I am at. The pricing probably made me blush. I saw a casual dress I liked and it was $900. That was probably the least expensive price tag I looked at. It turns out we walked in the store about two minutes before they closed. We were there maybe 20 minutes and no one rushed us, which was nice. We didn't realize when they closed.

Now I will say that as I was talking to the person who was on shift, she left me mid sentence to talk to a 'regular shopper' I'm assuming and I thought that was quite rude so I left. The prices, cramped space and small dressing room doesn't make me want to go back.
