Had a good experience with my friends visiting from Utah. We went to the Old Naples Surf Shop and it was a highlight of our week. It's not just a store; it's a real, friendly spot for anyone who loves the beach. The vibe inside is welcoming and easygoing. The experience was awesome from the start. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they really knew their stuff about surfing and paddleboarding. They took the time to chat, gave us great tips, and helped us find what we needed without trying to push extra sales. The gear and clothes they sell are top quality. The staff were great helping my friends find some unique gear to take back to Utah. We ended up with some awesome official Old Naples Surf Shop t-shirts and a couple of high-quality branded hats. They loved the cool designs--it totally captures that relaxed Florida style. The prices felt fair for how nice everything is. Super nice owner, Covid procedures are in place as there is a small table when you enter encouraging patrons to mask up and re-sanitize hands. Vast surf items for surfboards, SUP and skimmers. Huge selection of apparel & accessories items for both men, women and children. A smallish shop with a good selection of shorts and tops for both men & women. The thing that really stood out for me was their willingness to help me find what I was looking for. Always has really cute suits and clothes. If you are visiting definitely pick up an ONSS logo tee or hat they have the best logo. If you're lucky you'll get to see the adorable shop dog. The staff is friendly and the owner is awesome read more

Old Naples Surf Shop had a meet-up event this Saturday on the beach featuring a team rider from SUPLove who discussed technique, brought some demo boards and generally had a blast. About a dozen people interested in stand-up paddle boarding showed up along with Sharda Spahr (owner of the shop) and her accredited fitness instructor Renee. It was a perfect morning on the Gulf - everybody got to ride, learned some techniques and had a great time! read more

Visiting the area we stopped here to get the lay of the land and find some things to do for the day. The owner Kathleen was as gracious as anybody can be. A local she suggested some fun things to do, where we could get some good local seafood and she even knew where the surf was for that day and what might be coming soon. So if you need some quality surf gear, some new clothes or just a friendly face and some kind words. This is the place to be. stopped by on saturday 6/2/2018 at 5:10pm. the door were open but the sign on the door said hours closed at 5pm on saturdays. the hours had just changed the day before and the website had not been updated yet. i thought they were open until 6. still both kathleen and the young man working with her both welcomed me and another shopper in the store and were very accommodating and helpful. having worked in customer service, i know it stinks when you have last minute patrons and you are ready to go home. kindness is lacking so much these days that it means so much when you come across it. thank you ; i will be back ! read more
