My mom bought what she thought were authentic Chanel earrings from this store for $900 as a birthday gift for me. Multiple jewelers have since confirmed they're fake. When she went back to the store, they refused to take responsibility and claimed they never said they were authentic. That's completely unethical and no one pays nearly a thousand dollars expecting knockoffs. They're taking advantage of people's trust. Beware before you spend your money here. read more

As you'll read in other reviews, the women who work here are not welcoming. The younger staff are even more likely to attempt to make you feel 'less than' or not quite as fabulous as they are. Do not expect any 'service' from them. It's a shame, because the store has some very nice and interesting things. I just can't bear to give them my money. I go in, find things I like and then source them somewhere else. For designer bags, try Realreal or Rebag for better prices. Oh, there is one nice woman who has been warm and helpful. I have had nothing but the best experience in this friendly top end shop. Merchandise is always impeccable and varied. Staff is helpful and personable. I have consigned many high end clothes, shoes and purses. I have purchased many wonderful items including high end jewelry and trust Audrey's and their staff implicitly to sell honestly and at a fair price. Anyone feeling like they are being treated condescendingly has some type of hand up as that is not the case. The help are always happy to help every shopper and are not snobby AT ALL. I wasn't greeted by anyone in fact one of the workers blankly stared at me when I smiled at her. Perhaps I didn't fit in with their "typical" consumer. Another worker walked around and offered drinks like mimosas or coffee to everyone, I was ignored. I couldn't help but feel like I was being judged. I eventually left because it felt strange to be treated so rudely when I was actually in there to find something for an upcoming wedding. read more

My mom and I were so excited to go shopping around Naples on our day off. We walked in excited to find some gorgeous pieces and see what Audrey's had to offer as I was in the market for a dress for a wedding. The selection is wonderful, they have such amazing variety and all of the clothes are in good condition. The store was clean and smelled great. HOWEVER- the JUDGEMENT of the women working in the store? Are you kidding me? I thought we were out of High School! We were greeted by one older lady who worked in there while ALL of the other employees either looked at us like we had 7 heads or were less than them. One girl behind the counter stared at me for more than a minute with the judgiest look I've seen since I was 16 and yet not one employee asked if we needed help. My mom and I both couldn't stand even being in there anymore so we left and are taking our business elsewhere. I can't believe as grown adults people still treat others like mean girls. Really interesting to walk through to browse the vintage merchandise (there's a ton, some organized by decade), but a bit too pricey for me. If you were looking for a really fabulous special occasion dress, this might be a good option if you're petite - especially in the years before 1960, clothing was MUCH smaller than it is now. I'm a size 14 dress and can never find vintage wear that fits. Anyway - if you're a thrift store or yard sale shopper like me, this store might be too rich for your blood. Great vintage clothing store and tea house in downtown Naples. They have everything from turn of the century clothing to more recent clothes. Gucci, lily, all the name brands of clothes at resale prices. Purses, shoes, bags, jewelry and accessories. Great people, wonderful local place. Tea house is cute and has little sandwiches attached to the store. This is a real gem for Naples. The best and only selection of authentic vintage clothing. I am very small and I actually found jeans and belts here. The handbag selection is awesome, I had to invoke a lot of discipline - a true test of my resolve. The vintage section is fantastic! If you are a movie or video producer, this is your store. also, great for theme party-wear or for an unusual accessory. I was amazed at the back room reserved for Vintage Clothing. I felt like I entered a time machine, or an old Hollywood movie lot. Each decade has its own rack, then organized by size. These are not recent remakes, or costume wear. This is the real deal, original dresses from the period. Expect to pay a high price for these original gems. Most $200+ . In the same room there are more contemporary gowns and formal wear. The front of the store is an upscale consignment with clothes and accessories. I'm giving it only 4 stars because of the high pricing. It's definitely a 5 star specialty store, but over the top to be considered "thrift". read more

Remarkable luxury resale should be accompanied by not speaking over (the equivalent of 'mansplaining') when a customer is still seeking their purchase after 20 days. While my Hermes scarf was logged with a tracking number no signature was required for overseas delivery and, probably because the value was provided on the customs form, I never received it despite Royal Mail indicating that it had been delivered. Highly disappointed, angry and now out $240 without offer to refund my purchase price. I have a Great Gatsby-theme party next weekend and Ashley and Quenby and others in the store were giving me tips, handing me dresses, putting together outfits.. and I even ordered a feather headband from the pictures Ashley sent to my phone. Loved the shop, bought a dress for myself and a tux for my husband. Highly recommended it to many friends. Then I received a double charge on my credit card statement. Was not treated well. Was told to call my card company to find out why because they showed one charge was not completed "so I couldn't have been charged." Why not just say, "we're sorry, let us look into this and get back to you." When I called them back to say my card company issued me a credit for this disputed charge, she was upset, told me to call them back because "this will mess me up now. I called my company and I'm issuing you a credit." UNBELIEVABLE!!! Ask me to do something then get upset with me. Terrible customer service. How am I supposed to recommend them now?!?!? read more
