They give tips for every bottle on how to use it and what to use it on the website has a variety of recipes as well. They also host events such as wine tasting wine pairings etc. It is now my go to place for balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The balsamic vinegar I use straight on my salads at times I'll mix it with an olive oil for a flavor-able combination. They're both are great additions to my cooking.

Jennifer noticed that a bit of paint had come off the box and onto the store shelf, so she put clear plastic around the bottom of the box and advised me to put something under it when placing it at home. She also replaced a couple of the lilies. They looked great, but Jennifer told me that after the lilies open, they do not last very long, so she replaced them with fresher ones. So nice! It's the little things. Five stars!!!

Here's my take: over the past 10 years, small gift shop like Terrazza have disappeared, closed because of online shopping and specifically Amazon. I LOVE a great gift shop and love poking around enjoying the beautiful displays, and products you really only find in a store like this. I live in CT where most stores like this have shuttered so when both daughters moved nearby Franklin, finding this was the best surprise. Is it priced higher? Well it's a small business so that might be true. Is the staff "watchful"... I've experienced this and I don't take offense as they're protecting their investment. If they followed me the entire time, I'd never return as I don't like that but it's been subtle. The customer service comments I understand. And appreciate. Their return policy isn't particularly lenient but again it's a small business trying to survive in a world of internet shopping. However how many times do you buy something online on Etsy or amazon and it's not quite what you expected or wanted? ... there's nothing better than seeing the item in person, touching it and holding it. One reviewer's comment on the registers and gift wrapping....I'm sure if the owner (s) were aware of that, it wouldn't happen again . That's irritating and plain dumb but not a reason not to shop here. It's really a fabulous gift shop with some unique merchandise. I'm really happy I found this shop and will continue to shop here.

My friend dragged me into Coach.. the only store in this outlet mall that were full of people on a rainy weekday while others were empty... She made me look at every single bag and ask me which one I like... not because she was going to get one for me...
