It's always a pleasure to stop by, browse the stores and enjoy the beautiful water feature they have. My spouse would vote for Tesla and Barnes & Noble as being the best for shopping. If you get hungry, a stop at Haagen Dazs is highly recommended. Parking is easy here and the stores have friendly and helpful staff. The area has many restaurants and the mall is very quiet and peaceful. If you're ready for world class shopping or just want to enjoy the atmosphere, a trip to Waterside Shops is a must do.

I was never greeted & was ignored the entire time I was in the store. I watched & listened to all other customers being greeted & asked if they needed help. I felt unvalued & belittled by my experience. I left the left the store, but returned & spoke of my experience with the store manager, Lauren McGinness. I was hoping by sharing my experience another person entering the store, would not feel as I did. Sadly, I don't hold out much hope of that. I know I won't return & they have lost a valuable customer.
