What a magical store with beautiful children's clothes, cute accessories, fantastic gifts (Jellycat, Bling2O goggles, CharmIt!, etc) and the most amazing staff. Andi was such a pleasure to meet and our 9-year-old daughter is still talking about the wonderful experience she had visiting this store. She must have told me five times today that she wished we had discovered the store years ago so that she could have been wearing their beautiful clothes sooner. All About April is a must-see store for kids and if you are lucky, you will get to experience the most amazing customer service with AndI. Our time at the store has been a highlight of our trip down to Naples and we look forward to returning when we visit again in December! read more

Wonderful kids clothing store in Venetian Village. Huge selection of clothing for babies to toddlers. It is a bit pricey, but that's what you would expect. Large store with nice employees. Sale items are available too. Chock full of merchandise. Great store to browse or to shop for that newborn present. Venetian Village is right on the water across from the beach. read more

I don't even know how to begin this review as our experience was disappointing and alarming. My husband had asked we show the newest cardiologist on our board around town. As a mother I figured after lunch this would be a great store to do a little shopping. We notice all the mannequins were Anglo with blonde hair & blue eyes, and much of the dolls in the window. However, we ignored and walked in. We were approached by two women one who seemed apologetic and a elderly women with a mean stance. The older woman screamed where are your masks! Instead of kindly asking or offering us an alternative (disposable mask) which the sweet cashier did. We all had masks however it was the yelling and approach, our new cardiologist gave her the items and said she rather leave the store than be yelled at. Owner said nothing and seemed almost happy she was leaving. I stayed and purchased my items, as we cashed out the owner demand an ID for my debit card. Which was no issue however the Anglo customer prior to me was not asked got further identification. The owner was clearly prejudiced & on the cusp of racist. The newest Cardiologist in town is Korean & I am of Hispanic dissent & residents of the area. We will be boycotting & informing our friends, neighbors, of this gross customer service. How exactly is this store running after all these years? You are running a children's store... Do you only cater to Anglo Saxon grandparents? mothers are moving in and I can assure you, they will NOT shop here!!! I spent over $200.00 as I loved what my daughter picked out and was treated like a criminal. We will be reporting this to our publicist and the local news. The owner is a racist!!!!! read more

Terrible customer service. The gift return policy is nonexistent. The owner is unreasonable. When giving a gift, they won't even issue a store credit when the merchandise is returned immediately with all tags on and with the receipt!!!! You would think when you pay these crazy marked-up prices ( because you are in a wealthy area) you would at least be able to return a purchase with the receipt within two weeks. Much better off going to a big store that has great return policies. read more

Well I'm not surprised now that I'm On here to see how bad the reviews are. My MIL and I popped in to take a look and I stepped inside, picked up a cute dress, and immediately an elderly French woman comes up and asks if I know brands because that one is quite expensive, explained to me why, and suggested a cheaper one. Apparently I looked poor? Jokes on her because while I may not exude wealth, I'm perfectly capable of buying any of her overpriced items. So incredibly rude, my MIL spends the winter down here, as do many of her friends and none of them will step foot in there again. read more

I've never been compelled to write a review for anything before, until I visited this store. The associate I spoke to restored my faith in genuinely good people existing. I called before I headed over to the store as I live over an hour away to ask if they had a product that I needed, the associate over the phone was beyond helpful and even offered to send me photos of what they had in stock to ensure they had what I was looking for. This alone was above and beyond what anyone would ever usually do for someone, but when I came to the store I was met with the most helpful, positive, radiating sunshine associate. I felt as if I was shopping at a top notch luxury store with the level of service I recieved. I will continue to go out of my way to shop at this store when looking for this category of products, and send everyone I know there! This experience reminded me that one person has the ability to impact someone's entire day, and in turn lead them to want to have that same effect for someone else. I was in desperate need of a nice and comfortable outfit for my 5-year-old son. We were invited for a beach wedding. We bought some nice shorts with a polo shirt for him. The sales associate was great and helped us finding the sizes and colors we wanted. We got a lot of compliments because my son looked dapper at the wedding. read more

I wanted a unique gift for my one year old grandson. I found the cutest outfit with alligators all over. There were so many other choices! What a great store! I asked the owner to please open up another store in Philadelphia. We don't have anything like that. If that is not going to happen I just have to come to Naples more often. read more

We walked up to this store during regular hours and the doors were locked, we were about to leave when the girl working there opened the doors for us but seemed extremely annoyed that she had to open them for us. She immediately was extremely rude. My husband greeted her with a hello and she looked at him and gave no response, followed by rudely asking if we were all together. My parents were ready to buy lots of great things for their grandkids. When I handed my daughter a stuffed animal to look at off of a shelf the staff told us to put it back, she had just made the displays and to not disturb them again in a very rude tone. She told the kids not to touch the toys that they were interested in buying. Have never felt so unwelcome in a store. read more

If I could give it a negative zero on the review, I would. I was very disappointed in the sales person's demeanor. I too work in retail and personally know how a customer should be treated. She did not greet us upon entry, she watched my son while he was playing nicely with a toy and gave him a look like he should not be playing with it, and then when I went to check out she was so rude that I didn't even buy what was in my hands. I purchased some clothing for my granddaughters at this store. They didn't have all the sizes I need in the store so went online to Bailey Boys to purchase the others sizes I needed. I was shocked to discover the dresses were almost 30 percent cheaper online from the manufacturer. I decided to return the dresses I had purchased from All About April and buy them online. The clerk in the store told me there would be a 20% restocking fee for putting the clothes back on the hanger. I was shocked, so not only do they up charge by almost 30% but now they want to charge me 20% to put the dresses back on the hanger. Buyer beware! I have 10 grandchildren that I love to shop for, I won't be back to this store. Easier to shop online and not pay grossly overinflated prices. I know the cute brands they do sell and will make my purchases online. read more

My daughter received two sweaters for her children which were the wrong size. They were current sweaters purchased about two weeks ago- in the store bag with tags attached. I came here from up north and brought the sweaters.I asked to exchange for the correct size. In other words, an EVEN EXCHANGE. The nasty woman at the counter said where's the receipt. I didn't have it as it was a gift. 'We won't exchange without the receipt' I've never heard of such a policy! Furthermore, I was willing to spend more money if the sizes weren't available. Also, I spend a lot on kids clothes and was planning on browsing and buying something, too. Shortsighted, lady, you lost a customer. read more
