I have been going there for at least 10 years and this was the worst customer service experience. When we needed a different size we got it ourselves. Not my experience in the past. When we were ready to pay I said, "Can we get some help". One clerk commented you seemed to have it under control. The other clerk stayed on her phone! We still spent $280 no apology but we did get a thank you! Obviously not what we are used to. Maybe management will do something. It's appalling that sales clerks are in their phone not helping customers.

Top it off with the entire store an additional 40% off. I selected several items and as I approach the dresses, Angela is organizing. She offers assistance when I am looking for a size and is happy to get it off the mannequin. Another associate is walking by and takes the items to start a room. They were both so helpful. In the end, I found 2 items that fit perfectly and were priced reasonably. I have some of their items at home and know this will work well in my wardrobe. I had been overseas for an extended time. The manager told me corporate set the rules not her. I went across the street to White House Black Market returned 2 items. They returned the items without comment and helped me purchase a few new items. I will not shop at Lily Pulitzer again but will happily continue to shop WHBM.
