Remember these are custom fitted shoes that are supposed to be the most comfortable shoes in the world per Joe in selling these. He took back the first pair to send to his local shoe guy to stretch the shoe and when he returned was still extremely uncomfortable. He said he would let his custom shoe man Mario Bemer know so he could make the other two pair larger but when they came back they were the exact same fit. I tried reaching him by phone, email, his website and finally after 40 calls and waiting for over six months he finally called me back today. His comment to me today was "sometimes it's like a bad stock or sometimes it's like an ex-wife". He also said for me to email the company in Italy to let them know or for me to go to a local shoe guy to fix this poor fit. My recommendation would be to not take the phone call or never to buy anything from Joe Wendt custom clothing. If there is ever a problem, you might be hanging to dry just like I feel right now. Besides the horrible service, he is extremely expensive. Two very poor qualities. Ernie Garcia
