I have to agree with several unfavorable reviews. The shop has some unique items and I have shopped there --but no longer. The rude demeanor seems to be part of the atmosphere with the staff and the owner. I have spent a lot of money there over the years. Also the fact that the owner is aware of his 59yr clerk who has blatantly exploited our 85 yr old compromised father. His response was - "your father is fine"--apparently his other occupation is neurology. Then he responded by a comment --"it is a free World ". I am freely posting my review. read more

BRuno was such a lovely find on my leisurely course of the Third Street Farmer's Market. Among all of the charming boutiques that were properly positioned along the way - adorned with a beautiful brickfront and white columns - BRuno transported you into the strong sense of uniqueness that 3rd Street encompasses. I truly cannot see this unique gift shop in any other place in Naples that stays true to the upscale character and the quaintness of such a place. I would have given this five stars if my perusing converted into a sale, but we'll just have to go back and update this review accordingly. While I meandered, the kid in me (actually I get it from my father) made me want to touch just about everything, even the stuff that had a specific sign where I have to ask an associate for assistance. There were just so many beautiful things I could have purchased or wrapped up in pretty paper for next year's Christmas. The whole store was clad in unique pieces of jewelry and handbag accessories, fun items for the kitchen, every accoutrement to be the hostess of the year, techy gadgetry, and even a little section for pets. It was utter complete hyper-stimulation for me because there were such high quality items, but some or most affordable, and items nothing anyone else could find. They had shelves and stands with the most gorgeous leather purses, and pieces of china that could adorn any table with some serious class. You could even take home an artisan bicycle. From my discreet observations of the customer/owner-staff exchange, the customer seemed to be proud of their purchase, and the owner and staff were proud of their product. Everyone was satisfied. Even as a Yelper, I felt like my observations as a window shopper warranted enough information to write a review. If I were you, I'd purchase a porcelain bull dog painted in LV patterns, and incorporate my famous shopper initiative - One for you, one for me. One for you, one for me. BRuno - Adorable storefront - Jewelry Near Me - Naples, Florida

Last weekend I was on a bachelorette party vacation in Naples staying less than a 5 minute walk from BRuno and the other shops and restaurants in the area. On the last day, Saturday my sister and I decided to go shopping while the other girls napped and swam in the pool. We were both excited to go to BRuno as we liked some of the things we saw in the window the night before when we went to Campiello. While my sister and I were in another store we learned that BRuno closed at 5. So I head over there to get some quick shopping in. I got there at 4:45 and was shopping around, planning to get one of the dog leashes, some stationary, and a couple of the coffee table books. Instead of purchasing, the employee locked the door while I was still in the store and about 10 til 5, said "I can let you out". I found this to be incredibly rude, because not only was I a potential paying customer but it wasn't even 5:00 yet. Totally unprofessional. 2 stars because their retail was cute but customer service was terrible. read more

Just called on them as a retailer of Baccarat. Jerry on the phone suggested a course of action to correct a cloudy Baccarat double glass. He then offered to take a look and forward to their US office if I could not resolve my problem. Previous comments about the quality, diversity and unique character of the merchandise are certainly true. This is a fun store to browse and shop. There are fun gifts, interesting housewares, and lovely accessories throughout the wonderfully curated store. It's great to stroll down Third Street and find this contemporary product-filled store amongst the more staid ones of Olde Naples. My reason for two stars stems from the "vibe" one gets from the owners (I assume they are the owners) each and every time I am in there. In no other store in Naples is there such coldness and snobbiness emanating from the people behind the counter. It's really off-putting and makes me want to avoid going in the store. I've tested this out over 10+ years coming to Naples. The Owners are simply not very nice. They may have their regulars, who they treat with respect and kindness (I have no idea), but the lack of friendliness is palpable every time I frequent this store. Why do I go back? Because I always think "this time will be different." I'm a marketing professional and I have no idea how you can run a business this way. It's truly a shame. In one instance, my daughter went in with her friend. Although they are teenagers, they are polite, they are respectful and guess what - they have money to spend! The Owners were even more rude to the girls than they are normally. There are plenty of other shops to frequent in Naples, and no customer, regardless of age, should ever tolerate being treated poorly. read more
