I came in to buy some shells and politely asked the clerk if she could wrap them in a little extra bubble wrap since we were heading on a trip to Las Vegas and needed to protect them. Her response was rude and dismissive, flat out refusing. The bubble wrap was sitting right in front of her, which made her attitude even more incomprehensible. These are delicate and expensive items, and such a complete lack of willingness to help leaves a very bad impression. I would love to recommend them based on their selection, but the service needs a major improvement.

The owner Sheryl is very professional and helpful. Also asked me if I needed anything to be gift wrapped. My friend Chrissy also bought a notebook for a gift for her husband which I helped her pick out. As my friend and I left the store, we were completely amazed at the store and Sheryl. The store is Deb's ATouch of Florida, Naples. Deb's hastwo locations in Tin City. One features collectable items and household goods. That location always has great collectable and household goods. We always find something worth buying at Deb's. The items are of very high quality and reasonably priced. The other Deb's located in Tin City and has shoes, pocketbook, baseball caps and other items. While at Deb's of Florida, Naples I purchased a very nice pair of slippers on Frod Togg brand shoes. Also, purchased a beautiful 250th anniversary baseball cap. It is the nicest and good looking 250th anniversary baseball I have seen. Two weeks later, I returned to purchase another pair of shoes. They are extremely comfortable and of excellrnt quality. On our second trip bak to Deb's we also saw a beautiful pocketbook for my wife. Again, all of items purchased at both of Deb's locations are of excellent quality and reasonably priced considering the quality of each item. We visit both of Deb's Touch of Florida, Naples every time we go to Naples. We highly recommend Deb's when you visit Naples Florida. It is a fun andsatisfying experience.​​

I tried taking a selfie and the owner offered to take a real picture for me. How thoughtful! The store is a bit bigger than most shops and the better of the merchandise are the t-shirts and sweatshirts. They were of better design and quality without being too expensive. By better design, I mean the shirts were not cheesy or super touristy. It does not look like you got the shirt at a giveaway. The designs and cuts were just enough to say casual beach wear and if you wanted to stock up for gift giving it won't break the bank. There are shells to buy in the back of the store as well. Sand dollars were in good condition and they have a good variety of smaller colorful shells too. Good people working there as I was not pressured to buy something.
