    I called Flower Spot on Saturday morning to order flowers for same day delivery for my sister's birthday. I live up in Boston, and was not familiar with any florists in the Naples area, and took a chance based on the online reviews. I spoke with Amanda who took my order, and assured me they would be able to make the delivery. Well, they came through with flying colors. The flowers were delivered on time, and were absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend Flower Spot and will definitely use them again. Great service, gorgeous arrangement. Thank you!

    The correct color and floral for tables

    So I'll start by saying they are very nice. But never return phone calls( even for payments). I'd have to complain to my venue and have them reach out. Their excuse was they are just very relaxed. So fine so on my personal contract are photos of exactly what I wanted and discussed. We were on the same page, until 15 minutes before I walked down the isle the floral was delivered and obviously I had no time to do a thing. Unfortunately the colors looked terrible with my dress and that is the floral i get to see in all of my wedding photos. Super disappointed. Terrible customer service and to assume I'd want something completely different was done in bad choice

    This is what was sent. Although the vase was a different color, I appreciate it being full and similar color.

    Thank you for your service! My aunt received the flowers and really liked them. I usually use 1800 flowers and the last couple times I've sent flowers to Florida they were nothing like I ordered. They were cheap and not very pretty. They were also very expensive. I took a chance and went into this blindly since I'm not from Florida. I'm glad they were very similar to what I asked for. They also made sure to call her when she wasn't home for delivery. I also appreciate the note you sent. It's the little things that make a business.

    BEWARE - They charged me for the order online and never delivered the flowers. Won't answer their phone or emails. Fraud.

    They sent a different flower, i know it was a Holiday but it is still not cool, i will find somewhere else next time.

In general, I have found some employees to be somewhat dismissive when I ask questions about plant material. I am a novice gardener, and while my questions may be basic, they are genuine. The overall tone I've experienced has at times felt impatient or put off. More concerning was an interaction last week with a young male cashier (early 20s, mustache). After checking out, I reviewed my receipt in my car and had a question. I went back inside, and the same cashier came to review the order with me. As he went through the receipt and items, he pointed at the receipt and said, "Can't you read?" implying that I was incapable of understanding it. To be clear, he was correct -- the receipt did match the purchased inventory. The issue was not accuracy; it was his condescending tone and delivery. I felt belittled and disrespected. I did respond emotionally and raised my voice, calling him a jerk. That was not the best response, and I returned to the store to acknowledge that I regretted yelling. However, I also expressed that I felt I deserved an apology for how I was spoken to. He smirked and refused to apologize. My concern is that the tone and manner in which I was treated felt dismissive and age-related. Elder disrespect is real, and when interactions feel overtly condescending toward older customers, it's important to speak up. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customer service should reflect the same quality as the products you sell.
