If you need flowers run to this place! I received a flower arraignment from MAGICAL for my birthday and was blown away at the BEAUTIFUL arraignment before me. It was perfection, with roses, peonies, lily's, orchids. It was so beautifully put together I couldn't decide which angle was prettiest to display and they lasted for days!! I made sure a saved the card and I ordered a floral arraignment for my daughter's birthday, and as well, she said it was the most beautiful arraignment she had ever received. The DESIGNERS MAKE IT GORGEOUS and even added more than I had requested! NEED FLOWERS? ONLY GO TO MAGICAL FLOWERS!! read more

Extremely disappointing experience with The Flower Spot and owner. At the beginning, everything seemed great. There were no red flags, and the shop was on our venue's preferred vendor list, which gave us confidence in booking her for my wedding. We met in person about 9 months in advanced, discussed floral arrangements and pricing, and provided a $2,000 deposit at her request. In the months that followed, communication started to become more and more unreliable. Multiple emails and phone calls over several months went unanswered, which became increasingly concerning as the wedding approached. Weddings are already stressful enough without having to chase a vendor for basic updates. With roughly three weeks before the wedding and no reliable communication, we were forced to secure another florist at the last minute -- an incredibly stressful and unnecessary situation so close to such an important event. About a week before the wedding, Amanda emailed stating she would "absolutely reimburse" our $2,000 deposit and asked for a mailing address. The address was provided immediately, but the reimbursement was never sent. Despite repeated follow-ups after the wedding via email, phone calls, and even an in-person visit to the shop (which appeared closed), we have received no refund and no response. Failing to return a promised deposit and leaving a couple scrambling weeks before their wedding is simply unacceptable. I don't even know if the shop is still in business but I strongly encourage people to not purchase florals from here. read more

BEWARE - They charged me for the order online and never delivered the flowers. Won't answer their phone or emails. Fraud.

I called Flower Spot on Saturday morning to order flowers for same day delivery for my sister's birthday. I live up in Boston, and was not familiar with any florists in the Naples area, and took a chance based on the online reviews. I spoke with Amanda who took my order, and assured me they would be able to make the delivery. Well, they came through with flying colors. The flowers were delivered on time, and were absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend Flower Spot and will definitely use them again. Great service, gorgeous arrangement. Thank you! read more

Flower Spot - Florists Near Me - Naples, Florida

So I'll start by saying they are very nice. But never return phone calls( even for payments). I'd have to complain to my venue and have them reach out. Their excuse was they are just very relaxed. So fine so on my personal contract are photos of exactly what I wanted and discussed. We were on the same page, until 15 minutes before I walked down the isle the floral was delivered and obviously I had no time to do a thing. Unfortunately the colors looked terrible with my dress and that is the floral i get to see in all of my wedding photos. Super disappointed. Terrible customer service and to assume I'd want something completely different was done in bad choice read more

Thank you for your service! My aunt received the flowers and really liked them. I usually use 1800 flowers and the last couple times I've sent flowers to Florida they were nothing like I ordered. They were cheap and not very pretty. They were also very expensive. I took a chance and went into this blindly since I'm not from Florida. I'm glad they were very similar to what I asked for. They also made sure to call her when she wasn't home for delivery. I also appreciate the note you sent. It's the little things that make a business. read more

I sent a bouquet of flowers to my sister-in-law. I had some idea of what she likes... tall vase, English garden colors, asymmetrical, greens and curly willow. They took my suggestions and added there own ideas to create a spectacular bouquet. I would highly recommend the Flower Spot! read more

Flowers were beautiful and they delivered the next day even in these trying times. They were great.

We had the most amazing experience with Flower spot. I was very indecisive and just knew what colors I wanted. Amanda went above and beyond. She picked out the flowers and came up with the center piece design. Everything about it was amazing. She also was able to help on the day of the wedding with calming my nerves and making sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend her to anyone for any event or a pretty arrangement! read more

Anytime I need flowers in Naples, this is my place! I had a brainstorm which turned out to be late in the day to get accomplished. However, when I shared it with Tess, she went out of her way to make it happen! She was such a blessing at a sad time for me (death of a family member) it gave me the goosebumps...always a validation I went to the right person. They won my business hands down. read more

Lisa made the most beautiful arrangement for my mom's birthday. 5 days later with a little touch of water the flowers look and smell amazing, and have been brightening our days all week. Top quality with a wonderful, personal touch. Highly recommend!!! read more

Lisa and her staff do an amazing job with any order large or small. We had a family wake up in Boston where she coordinated the most meaningful and beautiful arrangement. Added bonus if you visit the shop is the family atmosphere and the beautiful new golden retriever pup to hang with read more

If you need flowers for ANY occasion this is the place to go. I recently placed several orders for customer appreciation for my cleaning business. I wanted to send some anniversary bouquets which they made adorable for me. But they also specially made a "guy" basket for one of our property managers that was full of meat, cheese, chocolate, beer and it was a HUGE hit at his office. I can't thank them enough for making me look good. From their super friendly staff to their adorable dog. You will feel like a member of the family when you walk in the door. They also have some cool gift ideas in their shop and a "wedding" corner with photos of wedding florals and just a relaxing place to hang out. Don't go anywhere else in Naples for flowers. They are simply the best. read more

The Flower Spot really came through for me when I was in a pinch. I needed to send flowers out to someone who had lost a loved one and was struggling to find a florist that could stay within my budget. I called several shops in the Naples area looking for one that could make an arrangement quickly and deliver it the next day. I spoke with Lisa over the phone. She was informative, kind, and she assured me that I would be taken care of. The arrangement she made exceeded my expectations (it was gorgeous) and was even delivered earlier than promised. I will definitely be visiting The Flower Spot again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! read more

I have to say this place went above and beyond for me! I trusted yelp with this flower shop and I'm very happy that I picked them. Gorgeous roses for a special friend! I asked them to deliver in the am but my friend wasn't available. Great communication! The store and my friend were able to meet later in the day. She LOVED the roses! Thank you very much and I will trust you with my business again. 5 stars read more

Fabulous customer service, I emailed this store while overseas to have a bouquet created for my mother. I don't like using FTD. I found this store using Yelp. The reviews were spot on. Lisa responded to my email swiftly and gave some suggestions based on my preferences and price range. Within 24 hrs the order was completed via email and the bouquet was perfect. Will use this store for all my flower needs. read more

Tess and Lisa. Nice people and Great to work with!!! highly recommend!

Just tried to order for Mother's Day online - it is Fri and Mother's Day Sunday. After going through the online listing and making a selection it says cannot deliver till next Wednesday. Never seen anything like that and waste of time not to tell me first. Pretty strange to see all 5 star reviews in my opinion read more

Terrible service! I placed 2 orders for 2 clients and neither order was delivered. After a very embarrassing meeting with a client where I thought the flowers in her office were the ones I had ordered....I called and they said they simply didn't get the orders. I showed them the confirmation emails and they delivered the flowers a week late. They only refunded me the delivery charge which I feel was a weak response. They should have refunded me half of the cost or more for this mistake and given me a coupon/credit for a future order. DON'T USE FLOWERSPOT!! read more

They sent a different flower, i know it was a Holiday but it is still not cool, i will find somewhere else next time.

Good online selection, fair pricing and great delivery fees!
