This is the third time I have used Naples Floral and they have been nothing but awesome. They listened to my needs and delivered promptly each time. The florist did a beautiful job arranging a design that was individual to each occasion.

I've only been in Naples for about 18 months and I haven't had need for a florist, but I've found one I love now. I received flowers for my birthday 12 days ago and they still look great. You know when people send flowers, sometimes florist know the giver won't actually see them and don't give the best effort, but this is not the case here. These flowers looked beautiful the day the arrived and I bet I could still salvage a few from the bouquet today. Naples Floral will be my go to florist from now on. My birthday was 2 days before Thanksgiving, so I'm sure it was a busy time but these were great. I know a Thanksgiving theme (vs Christmas) was ordered and they did not disappoint.

I have been using the various 1800 flower joints for a couple years to send flowers to our Naples house. Enough is enough. Found you guys through some "best flowers in Naples" type searches. Just had a delivery today, which I ordered this morning, for my girlfriend's birthday. I left it up to you to design. STUNNING. Superb quality. Highly recommended. No idea why the overall rating is three stars. Absurd. Try this shop!

This is not a review of Driftwood Garden Center as it relates to their plant inventory. As a garden…read morecenter, I would rate them a 5 -- they carry wonderful plant varieties and have a beautiful selection. This review concerns customer service. In general, I have found some employees to be somewhat dismissive when I ask questions about plant material. I am a novice gardener, and while my questions may be basic, they are genuine. The overall tone I've experienced has at times felt impatient or put off. More concerning was an interaction last week with a young male cashier (early 20s, mustache). After checking out, I reviewed my receipt in my car and had a question. I went back inside, and the same cashier came to review the order with me. As he went through the receipt and items, he pointed at the receipt and said, "Can't you read?" implying that I was incapable of understanding it. To be clear, he was correct -- the receipt did match the purchased inventory. The issue was not accuracy; it was his condescending tone and delivery. I felt belittled and disrespected. I did respond emotionally and raised my voice, calling him a jerk. That was not the best response, and I returned to the store to acknowledge that I regretted yelling. However, I also expressed that I felt I deserved an apology for how I was spoken to. He smirked and refused to apologize. My concern is that the tone and manner in which I was treated felt dismissive and age-related. Elder disrespect is real, and when interactions feel overtly condescending toward older customers, it's important to speak up. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customer service should reflect the same quality as the products you sell.
