I've only been in Naples for about 18 months and I haven't had need for a florist, but I've found one I love now. I received flowers for my birthday 12 days ago and they still look great. You know when people send flowers, sometimes florist know the giver won't actually see them and don't give the best effort, but this is not the case here. These flowers looked beautiful the day the arrived and I bet I could still salvage a few from the bouquet today. Naples Floral will be my go to florist from now on. My birthday was 2 days before Thanksgiving, so I'm sure it was a busy time but these were great. I know a Thanksgiving theme (vs Christmas) was ordered and they did not disappoint. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! OWNER ACTED BIZARRE AND CURSED AT ME BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP!!!! AVOID THIS FLORIST!!! ZERO STARS!!! To be clear, I was polite at all times communicating with owner Mike. Placed order on 5/5 for delivery next day. When flowers were not delivered by 3pm on 5/6, I called and Mike took my cell # and advised he would get back to me. No call back. I called morning of 5/7 to ask about delivery. Mike said nothing came back yesterday and when driver returns he would advise. I called delivery recipient who advised nothing received. I called shop back and employee answered. I explained I wanted to cancel the order and she transferred me to Mike, who said "Didn't we just have a conversation 15 min ago?" I said yes. He yelled "So stop f***ing calling" and hung up. I called my credit card company and they reversed the charges. I do not recommend this florist. read more

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother's 77th birthday through 1-800-Flowers. The order was filled by Naples Floral Design. The arrangement was supposed to be extra-large. She received a small arrangement with cheap, unhealthy looking flowers. When she called Naples Floral Design, the person hung up on her and would not answer subsequent phone calls. I would avoid this company, with its extremely poor customer service, at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere!!! read more

I saw that there were some negative reviews on yelp regarding this business but took a chance because it was on my route. When I called at 9:30 AM to order the flowers for noon pick up, they advised that they didn't have some of the flowers that were in the picture on the website but would substitute. The floral arrangement was similar but not exactly like the picture but that doesn't mean it wasn't pretty and I'm sure my friend will love it. If you want an exact replica of the picture then you should speak to the florist and make sure they have the exact flowers and containers in stock so you won't be disappointed. Most florists are not able to stock all of the showcase items shown on their website. I am happy with my purchase. read more

On Friday, I called mid-morning from upstate NY and placed a phone order for a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a relative's home in Naples. I spoke with Michael and he was beyond kind, and helpful and was very patient while taking my order. I asked him for a confirmation of delivery and was expecting an email confirmation much later in the day. Instead, shortly after noon, Michael called me on the phone to let me know that the arrangement had been delivered. WOW!!! I wasn't able to see the arrangement but was told by the recipient/widow that it was "beautiful." This is my very first review of any kind, but I felt it extremely necessary to write this because the customer service was exceptional and so appreciated at a very difficult time. My wife ordered a peace lily to convey our deepest sympathy for a family member who lives in Naples who's mother had just passed away. To our absolute shock and dismay, the 'plant' that was delivered on Wednesday was not only NOT a peace Lily: however, a diseased ridden unknown plant with leaves that were torn or eaten that looked absolutely hideous!! We were sent a photo by another family member and were utterly embarrassed to say the least!!! My wife reached out to our local florist where we placed the order who was also shocked and advised in her 25 years in the industry she had never seen such an abomination. They had directed Naples Floral Design to send a PEACE LILY, and today they sent a dish garden with roses and other plants in a small bowl!! How horrendous is it that a florist can make such a monumental mistake during such a sensitive time of grief!!! Utterly unacceptable.
