Worst business experience I've had in a long time. Defective product, second time with them I had…read morethe exact same problem, delamination, defective replacement products, then product damaged during shipping + new problems of shoe fence brackets being mounted crooked and screws falling out.
Finished months after promised.
Extremely expensive, poor quality and poor communication. Incompetent employees across multiple departments, who failed to inspect, multiple times, and detect multiple quality defects. General manager Rick, shockingly operates from a place of reactiveness vs proactiveness, not addressing, much less actually finding solutions to the mutiple problems, resulting in months of delays, compounding the probles and customer unhappiness.
Salesperson Beth, took zero responsibilitiy after the sale, and completely stoppped communicating.
Can't say enough bad things about my business experience with this company and their employees. Overpriced, over-promised and WAY underdelivered.
BUYER BEWARE: When the manager, Rick, finally did discount my final payment, at the very end nonetheless, he appeared to offer a quid pro quo discount, in the same email, asking me to take down my negative reviews. Most shockingly, immediately stating 'why would I take an honest and truthful review', I received a threatening, seemingly retaliatory email, a violation of the consumer protection act and Florida law. If this is a regular practice, coercion, intimidation and retaliatory business practices, it explains why you don't see negative reviews for their company.
