Salesperson Beth, took zero responsibilitiy after the sale, and completely stoppped communicating. Can't say enough bad things about my business experience with this company and their employees. Overpriced, over-promised and WAY underdelivered. BUYER BEWARE: When the manager, Rick, finally did discount my final payment, at the very end nonetheless, he appeared to offer a quid pro quo discount, in the same email, asking me to take down my negative reviews. Most shockingly, immediately stating 'why would I take an honest and truthful review', I received a threatening, seemingly retaliatory email, a violation of the consumer protection act and Florida law. If this is a regular practice, coercion, intimidation and retaliatory business practices, it explains why you don't see negative reviews for their company.

Wallpaper installer left the job in January 20 but has never returned even after many promises to do so. I paid for $35,000 in rugs that have never been delivered! She told me she does not recognize the names or time frames, so maybe they are fraudulently posted by jealous competitors. In response to the negative but IMO peculiar reviews, I would point out that hiring an interior designer means you have the taste & money to obtain those services. It is not for people who don't understand how the design process works. And it is not for people who think they are going to get bargains. You get what you pay for.
