Our decision to hire Hessler Flooring in Naples, FL was truly a great one. Their employees, the service and the products selected were all excellent experiences. Our salesman, Anthony, was very knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. He followed up with us before, during and after the project was completed. We are confident Hesslers will continue servicing us if any issue arises regarding our purchase in the future. The actual team working on installation varied depending on the needs at the time. Each individual was there promptly at 8:00am and the overall service of the team worked well together. Though, Alex and Ouan, were present for the entire installation their role was more one-on-one with us. Their desire to give 100% attention to the project was certainly noticed. After the 3 day estimate for this project was completed (on time ), we had a whole house done with a beautiful new floor, remaining box of flooring ( if necessary in the future), and all our furniture put back with no damage. read more

We ordered tile from Hessler and was assured by Mason , the sales person , that it would be in within 2 weeks. Well, here we are 6 weeks later and they have no definitive timeframe for delivery. Needless to say , we cancelled the order and now looking at other options quickly so we can secure our CO and move into our home. Poor service , poor communication. I had a great experience with Hessler and my sales associate Anthony Harding. We had a severe water leak in our guest house that my wife uses as an office and business. We picked an in stock flooring Anthony and his team of installers gave us a rush install. My wife and her business was back in operation within a week. AVOID this organization at all costs. Purchased flooring a year ago. At the time expressed dissatisfaction with transition points from tile to carpet. Took at least 5-6 tries to even get a call back. Nothing was accomplished. Now carpet in doorway is beginning to pull up within the transition. It's been two days and no return phone call. Very disappointing. Perfect example --see response. We are so disappointed that they did not complete the job. Luxury vinyl flooring installed in all rooms after Hurricane Ian. However, they never completed the job. We installed the thresholds ourselves but there is one soft spot in the hallway that we were told they would repair. They came and looked but never completed the job. read more

The staff really goes above and beyond here to help you. I didn't know how complicated picking out a floor would be. Steve made it seamless from color choices to the explanation of the difference between the different woods. I was also blown away that they will come to your house, bring samples and measure your rooms free of charge. We are also going to be back to pick out some backsplash. We purchased carpet in late April/ early May and we were waiting for delivery. Our sales person was great but we didn't hear from them for almost 2 months. When we called to see what happened, we found out our sales person quit and our carpet had arrived but no one had contacted us. We hope they will show up and install it. read more

On September 4, 2018 we went into the Naples Hessler Floor Covering store on the recommendation of our neighbor who had purchased his carpeting from there. His sales person was Steven Cootware, and although our neighbor could not remember Steven's last name, and since Hessler Floor Coverings, has quite a few salespeople by the name of Steven, I took the time to ask them to check which Steven actually worked with our neighbor. What I have discerned in my 70 years of life, that if someone comes highly recommended and I can see the quality of their work in the person's home, then that is the person that I want to deal with in making a purchase of this magnitude. I certainly was rewarded by taking the time to find out exactly who helped my neighbor. Steven Cootware not only did an excellent job making sure that we purchased exactly what we wanted in color, texture and durability! He sent us a installing crew led by Juan, that did a fantastic job with the installation. They were efficient, stuck to the task, made sure we were both 100% satisfied with the installation. It was actually very rewarding in this society where many young adults feel entitled, to watch this installation crew lead my Juan. They stayed on task, worked hard and efficiently making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Steven Cootware, and his installation crew led by Juan, really made us feel that we were valued customers!!!! Hessler Floor Covering has truly earned our five star recommendation!! read more

If possible I would leave a minus 1 star. We spent over $20k on flooring (cortec) for our home. After only 2 months we had lifting on the bedroom floor. Hessler sent over a repairman who said they never leveled the floor correctly and replaced two areas where the floor had lifted. Now 3 months later we have a similar situation where the floor has lifted in a second bedroom. Hessler's solution to this is to charge us $500. If the installers had installed our flooring correctly we would not have these issues. Customer service with Hessler leaves a lot to be desired. Under no circumstances would I return to their showroom for any additional flooring, nor would I recommend them to any one else. read more

Dear Mr Mark W. Your manager Matt came to the house with Chad and we showed him all items pending. In relation to the final payment, we gave him the option of fixing the items himself or pay as per quotations. Pls note that you started the job on March 05/2022 and quotations are now old. Here are the quotes that we have so far: 864.00 to touch up paint and paint laundry 250.00 to polish the circle out of marble on counter top in bathroom 600.00 to polish/fix scratches out of floor on bathroom 276.00 to College Hunks Co to move the bedroom furniture as the job was delayed and we had to move bed to be able to sleep. 200.00 reinstall the toekick, which had to be removed to be able to remove the laminate floor. So far a total of $2,190.00, which does not included the following items: fix a dent in one kitchen Cabinet panel ( part of four), which I have no idea if it can even be fixed and if color will match and a dent in the middle of the cabinet in the laundry, which will have to be filled and the door will have to be painted to match the other cabinets and believe me, I am not charging the many other little dents. The total owed to your company is 2,600.00. If we take away the 2,190.00, we owe you $410.00. It is our believe that the costs to repair items above will be way over the 410,00 that we owed to you. We hired Hessler so that we would not have problems and today is 07/18 /22 and here we are still wasting our valuable time dealing with the problems. The floor has different colors of grout, different spacing, some tiles are higher than others, one tile is installed in different direction, they were short on tiles and the new ones were not from same dye lot and they left us with one tile from each dye lot. We also had to deal with the aggravation of an abusive employee. Although your manager apologized profoundly and advised that the guy no longer works for the company, we had to deal with it and we still are dealing with the many times people came to try to clean the haze unsuccessfully, fix low grout etc... It is now 4 months. The outcome that as your client we expect from your company is that you either come and fix all items above to our satisfaction, or that your company clean the haze in the tile in the entire laundry and fix the schlurt. We will take care of fixing the items above and the 410.00 owed to you, will be used to take care of dents in cabinets. We also want to receive the lean waiver that we emailed to Chad signed and a letter from your company, confirming what we were told by Chad Norris, that if any grout starts to crack, that your company will be responsible to fix it. We appreciate your prompt response to the matter so that we can all move on. Your manager has our email and phone numbers. Unfortunately this is the only way we know to speak with you, since your manager can not resolve the matter. Please advise Thank you read more

I had carpet installation purchased/scheduled with a different store (a color and quality I wasn't' crazy about because that was all they had in stock). After coordinating with the other store for about two months prior to coming to town, I was told they couldn't install the carpet for at least another 3 weeks. By then I would have left town. I decided to contact Hessler and see what they could do and worked with Adam. Ultimately I got better quality carpet, preferred color and they installed on a Saturday so it could be done before I left town. The customer service through Adam was outstanding! Had coretec floors installed in my condo and they replaced my baseboards. The final job is unacceptable. I have been dealing with this problem for over 2 months and I have one week to complete the job (this order was placed in August) and I am working against our condo rules for work done by the end of October. Steve C. has been very uncooperative and unwilling to meet with my deadline! I would be glad to post pictures of workmanship if not resolved. The installation crew did a very poor job and when we contacted the store for repair we were told there would be an additional cost involved. We had hardwood installed by hessler approximately 2 years ago. They did a fabulous job and we were happy with the results. However, since then we have developed issues with the wood and the experts have not been able to determine the cause. Hesslers had a great selection and we had very good guidance in matching our existing tile. We choose a wood plank tile and a specific grout color to blend into the tile color. The installation was scheduled within 10 days. The installation crew did a great job. We will certainly go back to Hesslers again for our future floor covering needs. read more
