It is a large self standing box retail space with all the brand names you expect and the high prices to go with them Like Nike, adidas, etc They have a rewards club that is free to join however I've never gotten anything from it. I am sure they do send out coupons though. I don't subscribe online. Staff is young as expected, not very knowledgeable but nice. Check out is not bad for the season. They do have clearance in the back areas if you search.

They have many national brands but not my Asics. There are a few sales associates but for some strange reason, not too many at the Shoes. Little disappointed with my shoe shopping at Dick's. Did checked out their pickleball and golf section. Ok, You can hit a few balls with the drivers, irons, woods, etc. in the cage behind the putting green! You can not do that! Why? I can't purchase shoes online. I need to try them on and walk around to see if they fit the way I want them to. I have never had an easy foot to fit for a shoe. When I was younger, a size 12D was impossible to find. I went into a store and asked them to find something in my size. American feet have gotten larger over the years, so much easier to find the shoe I want.

If you are flexible on colors, you can typically get a good deal on sneakers here. It helps to know your prices before shopping here, some items are better deals than others. This store was clean and well stocked. One of the helpful sales associates (Lisa) assisted us in finding a necessary size. She took the time to go in the back and check on shoes for me. She couldn't find the ones I wanted, but she came back with another pair that was similar, but even cheaper! I was so happy to get such a good deal! It didn't take us too long to check out. I had purchased clearance shoes, they didn't ring up correctly, but the matter was quickly fixed. I don't get up this way much, but this was a much nicer Nike Outlet experience compared to the one in Sawgrass Mills.

The first was a lady in her late twenties, mid thirties that finished helping her customer. She looked at me, my wife and my daughter and turned her back, folding clothes and pretending to be busy. The next cashier, a young man, finished with his customer and said he would help us. As we walked to the cash register, the lady started whispering in the mans ear about how she hates asians and would never help them. For the record, I am white and third generation American. My wife is Asian and my daughter was born in Australia, raised in America and is American. The young man told her to be nice and we paid. When we got outside my twelve year old daughter looked at me and said "Dad, why do people hate me so much when they don't even know me?" I was devastated. This nast angry excuse for a person destroyed a little girls confidence and self respect with one stupid comment. I truly hope it helped her feel better about her miserable existence on this planet. With Nike showing its colors about how it feels about racism in America, I hope everyone that reads this will join me in boycotting this un-american company. I wish we could give zero stars for unnecessary pain and suffering inflicted on my little girl.

They put the higher priced items on the higher shelves and the price at the bottom is not for your item, but you won't know until after you've been waiting in line at the register and counting on people just to buy it anyways.
