I was sorta taken back some cause they proceeded to talk paint shop with me, I laughed internally, like I've never painted before and with all their years on Mother Earth were gonna school me some, right.... anyways the kids matched the paint perfectly, but in this whole process they missed when I said I didn't need the KING of paint and the cheaper was what I was after. After they showed me it matched perfectly I asked him for the total.... $48.00 per gallon.... just over $100.00 for both gallons.... I went into shock, the vein on my forehead appeared pulsating I'm sure... I paid and left before I lost my S*** on them. Today I called, before wasting my time going there, to see about a 5 gallon of paint. At this time they proceed to ask if I have an account with them????? Because depending on which kind of account you have, sets the pricing rate. Completely confused by this of course... I mean it's a paint store and they sell paint... I get that probably there would be a pricing for contractors that buy paint from them daily, this I understand and agree that there should be a contractors price list. However, just being an average person buying some paint, it's just not possible to get 5 gallon bucket of interior flat white paint for under $175.00 and the other one on Pine Island road told me $200.00. They are the most expensive paint store in Lee County. What even funnier is Walmart 5 gallon bucket of paint is $38.97.... So off to Wally World I went. The bottom line here is this place is a rip-off!!!! At $175-$200 for 5 gallons of paint, this should come with hot wings, a cold beer, and a lap dance.... just saying... Ok, thanks for your reply Sherwin-Williams Rep... However, my garage is now painted and the job is completed. When your paint comes way down in price and I mean way down, I'll consider checking you out for my next DIY project. However, your $50.00 per gallon Super Paint isn't Super at all, took 3 coats.... So seems to me y'all need to wake up and realize your not the only place that sells paint and we the people have many options.... Much Cheaper Options.... note to self..

There was a gallon can in the garage from that store with a 2008 date on that had about 1 inch of dried paint in it. But it had the info sticker on it. John the salesman checked it right away and said no problem. Scanned it and 5 minutes later I had my paint. He registered me in his computer and I paid him and off I went, a 30% discount also.
