Grabbed a roll of tape for $4.89 and the cashier provided a store coupon for $5.00 off on purchases of $25 or more. We left back to our project. Seemed like this store had a little of everything for repairs and of course fishing needs.

The refund was the correct action for the company to take, but I would have ben happier to have received the product that I ordered. I place an on line order for 3 sheets of 3/8" x 2' x4' plywood. The package arrived quickly, but they shipped the wrong product. I received 10mm x 2'x4' sheets. They are actually .470" almost 1/2". The shipping label has my correct order on it, but each sheet is clearly marked 10mm. I have sent several emails asking how they will resolve the issue and always get the same answer "we're looking in to it". I did not order 10mm thick boards, I ordered 3/8" and now I'm stuck with product I do not need.
